One word: Excellent. From their staff service, room cleanliness, location and even the breakfast provided.
We were greeted with friendly smile from the staff from the moment we reached till we checked out of the hotel. Process was fast and they’re helpful with our enquiries. Room was clean, it was a comfortable stay through the nights. We were provided with high floors with sceneries surrounding the hotel. Location wise is very convenient as everywhere else is easily accessible. And breakfast is awesome as there was a variety of choices to pick. Totally recommended to stay if you’re visiting Batam! 💯

Very quiet and comfortable. I will come back to the hotel again. I was also happy with the breakfast. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry so was not able to try all the good food. Thank you.

Our fav to go hotel in Batam! In between BCS Mall and Grand Batam Mall. Infront of A2 foodcourt. Rooms are clean and comfortable!

Good security and very clean hotel.
