The location is good with a public parking space at the opposite corner. The room is large enough to have 6-7 people. It has a combined washing and drying machine for long trips.

Suggest to show prominent message to remind customers to send email to the hotel to get the check-in code before the travel, so as to reduce the inconvenience for not able to check-in on the travel day.

Alpha Bed was surprisingly good. Room was just as it was in the photos and very clean and tidy. Service was good. It was a new experience to check in via iPad/tablet but it was straight forward . Location was super , 5 mins walk from the shopping streets and within 10 mins walk from the Main Street. Seafood market is also nearby and within 10 min walk. For those who drive , there is a lot of paid parking around the area. (Around 700 JPY for 12 hours) Nearest one is opposite the hotel which tends to be quite busy until after 9pm. (Priced 700 JPY for 12 hours as at April 2024) If you get home earlier , you may need to go to the other car parks. Some are actually cheaper. The room comes with everything you need and even has a vacuum cleaner. There is no housekeeping but I heard that you can request it by calling customer support. If your bins get full, you can put it outside your door and the cleaners who come by in the morning will change it for you . There is even a balcony ! Most convenient feature is a washing machine with laundry washing liquid and softener inside the room! Rooms are big . Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel does not have a complete range of daily necessities, and even cosmetic cotton cannot be provided. It is really disappointing.

We stayed with a family of four. The room was stylish and cute, with a large bed and two bunk beds. My two teenage daughters were happy to have their own space and were able to stay comfortably. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of amenities. It was also great that there was a washer/dryer in the room. The room was cleaned properly and carefully, but I wish the table and tissue case had been wiped a little more thoroughly. When we checked in, we had a little trouble using the machine because it was unmanned, but they kindly explained it to us over the phone and the service was very helpful. It's a bit of a walk from Kokusai-dori, but you can get there on foot. We were able to get there through the shopping district and market, so I think it would be a fun way to get around. It seems like it's a bit far from the Yui Rail station, so I think it would be easier and faster to take a taxi to the airport than to walk with large luggage. It was about 1,600 yen by taxi to the airport! I think this is a hotel that you can enjoy with your family or friends.

我們在沖繩住宿5天 在這間住了3天 離收費停車場很近 房間算寬敞舒適、乾淨 房內備有洗衣機（含洗劑、柔軟精） 晚上可直接清洗衣物～ 不用帶著一堆髒衣服

乾淨又衛生，很適合家庭旅遊居住，靠近國際通交通也蠻方便的，如果可以提供早餐就更加分了，而且價格也不貴

自助Check in 好困難，pin 碼唔對，所以處理check in 用左好多時間

不論房間跟設施都非常好，唯一缺點就是要辦理入住，會搞到火氣都來。

Check in 極度不便 也沒有停車場不方便
