I wanted to give a good review... but the front desk was too slow. 1. The first male front desk I met, I checked in and got on the elevator, he hurried back and told me that he forgot to let me sign and asked me to go down again 😅 Can't you do this basic work? 2. When checking in, the doorman helped me with the luggage. I thought he was going to help me send it upstairs, but he actually helped to put it aside. He didn't remind me when I left. After waiting in the room for the luggage to be sent to no avail, we went down to get the luggage by ourselves. The details were too poor. 3. I checked in for an extension of one night on the platform that day, but a female front desk asked me to check out in the afternoon? ? After a long phone communication, it turned out that they didn't find the extension order and asked me to go down again. The English accent was too heavy and difficult to communicate. It was rude. There was no problem with the order, but the Japanese/Chinese surname and first name were in the opposite order of the English name. The rigid front desk who didn't know how to adapt and discussed with colleagues for fifteen minutes finally let me check in again😅Isn't this the difference between 1+3 and 3+1, and it has become a century-old problem for you? ?
