Lobby very nice view, the Japanese buffet is good. Staffs are helpful, especially the front desk. The view in the room also very nice.

Everything is fine this time except the service. I asked front desk to arrange a chill / quiet room. Eventually it was a room at the interaction area of T-shape corridor. I can hear people walking by and talking all the time.

A wonderful place to stay. 1st class service. Excellent facilities. Wonderful breakfast buffet. It was a great place to stay for Chinese New Year!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with my family and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times. One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Apart from a small problem with room service we were very happy with our stay. The room had spectacular views over the river and West Lake. It was near a major shopping centre and food street. We felt pampered and relaxed and enjoyed just sitting in the room enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and tidy. Services was really great! Tried the massage in this hotel and it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious as well.

I ve been in Huizhou for several nights in three different hotels during CNY. The service , facilities was not as what I had expected from the Renaissance. I thought it would be as good as Renaissance series.but it turned out poor facilities and services. No heating in the room, not responsive. The hotel left me with an impression of coldness,indifference,inefficiency.I prefer Pullman Huizhou . I took 2 kids with me thinking the more expensive ,the better hotel. Now I know that is not always true. Some hotels just charge more that what they can offer. The room tariff was 1088yuan per night, but it was not as good (worse than )as those 888 yuan or 699 yuan per night in other Huizhou hotel .PS:the treadmill are different in Renaissance & Pullman .用瘪足英文更客观，不带情绪。

Ethan ensured service was great. I gave the hotel an overall 4 with service 5 because of the hours for room/bar service and the options at the restaurants. The staff get a 5. There should also be an open area since it’s hard to take photos through windows. There are only three hotels in Downtown Huizhou rated 4.5-5, and the price was perfect. The building staff (even though the lobby is oddly on the 29th floor) made the visit. Maybe options for drinks in the refrigerator would help, bath salt, some pre-printed suggestions on places to go would help. Overall, nice hotel which might want to replace carpet soon. The Huizhou Downtown area is cool, just one location would not allow foreigners (HOUSE on Shuidong Street). Generally locals were friendly despite the stares. The Japanese restaurant had a buffet, but I like the Set style better.

Very good
