Only stayed for one night.serice was good. Location was a little out of the way.

We had a wonderful stay here. Good location and free parking. Good for business trip or leisure trip. The view is super nice too.

We did not take breakfast because it was extremely expensive. The location is very good. The new Otani also has an old part, our room was dated and big but it was disappointing because we expected the best. The pool is 7000 yen pp. per visit.

The hotel is very old and outdated. There are too many stores in the hotel to keep it private. However, their Japanese garden is amazing, and the old style of the hotel is somewhat enjoyable.

Everything was exceptional. Especially the outdoor pool and the room size. The soaps shower gel could be better ;) Overall, very good value for money.

The hotel is located in a commercial area and very convenient to go to other place such as Shibuya and Asakusa. And there quite a lot of restaurants and convenience stores as well.

This is a great hotel with convenience location. The surroundings are beautiful and very close to public transport, about 10 mins walk.

Though the hotel is over 50 years old, it is well maintained. Front desk, concierge, restaurant and room services are excellent. The hotel garden with water falls and Japanese bridge is gorgeous. Breakfast at 40/F sky restaurant is an unique experience.

Rooms are clean and spacious. It’s near the metro station and restaurants/bars. Very attentive staff and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The hotel is older and the beds are uncomfortable( very hard). The room was very hot. The hotel turns on the winter mode for the entire hotel and each individual room cannot control the temperature. Our room had a lovely view of Mt. Fuji. Overall it was a positive experience.

Amazing stay, accommodated for my request and got the 39th floor. Among room service and super friendly. Will definitely be back!

The hotel locates at the tranquil part of Tokyo with convenient access to restaurants and subway stations. The highlight of my stay was the astonishing view outside the window, which can look at the Sky Tree Tower from afar, very clear though. Also, the hotel has the oldest Japanese Park.
