Great location, serene and wild. Great African continent shaped pool, the rocky facade and double falls makes this very unique and memorable. However, the service is poor. We honked at the gate for half an hour, eventually opening the gate and letting ourselves in. There were only 2 staffs present, more like domestic staff rather than hotel staff. We were informed the restautant is 'closed' since the kitched staff have been 'outsourced to another restaurant elsewher'🤷🏾♂️ The rooms are not particularly well kept, the bathrooms are kinda dirty with no working heating system.
