Avoid this place! 100% poor quality service and management. Worst experience ever! They will rip you off, by all means possible even charging you what undue and don’t admit the mistake, but act as they are making you a favor to have you in their facility. You can’t complain, upon complain for the bad service they ask you to leave (with no refund) if you dislike their service: their way or the highway. Among other things, they wake you up in the early morning to pay future days of stay giving you a short time to go down otherwise they give the room to somebody else, so they force you to pay last moment while you are half asleep and they charge you extra, there is the trick. When they check you in they say nothing of these rules, it’s a well organized ripping off system. Avoid!

Rooms are clean and excellent. Reception staff are quite rude, when calling them to assist, their response is quite apprehensive. Terry the waitress was very rude and argues with guests when corrected for her mistakes. For such a beautiful hotel, employees need to be more courteous.

Very good service..the gatemen are very helpful..love love the experience..the rooms are very spacious and thw balcony has an excellent view..whoever the reception lady has a very bad attitude compared to surrounding hotels like parkinn. She has a nasty attitude .

Great hotel and location, very clean, stuff are so friendly , good price , the room include all facilities like mini par , flat TV, microwave, Air condition , desk for work , ketlle, bathroom supplies.

Great location, very spacious room, decent bathroom (needs brighter lighting), office desk, kettle, microwave. Bed was a bit soft, good staff from reception, cleaning, gatekeeper. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Nairobi for business or leisure
