I stayed with my family twice in January 2022, after the New Year and in late January. Both rooms were on the 7th floor. The first time was a corner room, and if you looked down from the veranda, you could see the flow of the Shima River. The second time was not a corner room, but a family of three could relax in a Japanese-style room of 10 and a half tatami mats. Both arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the check-in was smooth, and the explanation from the front desk staff was polite, and it was easy to understand with memos such as meal time and bath time. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the open-air bath early. The open-air bath had shampoo conditioner, body soap, and soap.
