Butler 橘子 is very attentive. Room first given to us is without fridge call and they have ran out of fridge so they upgraded our room. Very convenient as most services are till late n laundry is free and 24hours. One thing bad is the scent of the hotel and pillows overly soft. Room is definitely clean

Hotel no clean the room while we walk in the room, request change the room after. the only reason i choose this hotel is have laundry services.

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

I came to Nanchang to play. After a long time of selection and comparison, I finally chose this one. I was not disappointed. It is about 15 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is very convenient. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. When checking in, they will send wolfberry tea and welcome fruit. They will introduce the hotel's supporting facilities in detail. The room area is large among hotels of the same type. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The hot water comes out quickly, the air conditioner also blows out quickly, the toiletries are very complete, and the TV can be projected, but I personally think the window is a little small. All the hotel staff will greet every guest when they see them, which makes people feel very kind! Breakfast has local specialty clay pot soup, and the restaurant environment is also very quiet and comfortable. The hotel afternoon tea is almost available all day, which is very unexpected, and there are supper! Free laundry all day is also very efficient. It is washed and returned in 4 hours. If it is not a holiday, the price is really worth the money! Highly recommended!

I was healed by the dedicated service!!! During the short holiday, I chose to meet up in Nanchang with my family on a self-driving tour, so it was my first time to visit this city. Unfortunately, the heavy rain in Guangdong caused the train to be delayed for 4 hours. When I entered Nanchang, I was also shocked by the poor attitude of the staff at Nanchang Station... I thought the trip to Nanchang would not be smooth, but I didn't expect the service of Meihao Bayi Square Store to be so considerate!!! It deeply healed the previous displeasure, and it really deserves a five-star rating! The hotel wins in the attentiveness of the staff, which can make people feel the attention of family members. Due to the delay of the train, I slept after dinner after entering the store. Fortunately, there were handmade noodles in the late-night canteen. The taste was also very delicious, especially the young lady who helped cook noodles the night before recognized me early the next morning and found that I got up very early because I had to catch the next trip. She also prepared fruits thoughtfully and said that it could refresh me when I was sleepy on the road! What is valuable is not the value of the things but the responsible attitude of the staff. Overall, it is very good!

The room is very big and clean. Fruits and milk were given upon check-in. A bowl of noodles for two at midnight. I slept in and didn't eat breakfast. The afternoon tea with fruit and coffee was good. I ate two small cakes and they were delicious. There were drinks in the refrigerator in the room. There were disposable toiletries, even mouthwash, body lotion and gel water. It was the first time I experienced a hotel with such comprehensive services. Coco, the front desk lady, provided great service!

The superior king-size room was automatically upgraded to a king-size river-view room, with a great view and a comfortable room. For breakfast, you can drink Jiangxi-style clay pot soup, and you can also get good night milk, fruit, and afternoon tea. The service attitude is warm and polite. It is a good hotel!
