The first point: I called to ask if there is a parking lot an hour before going to the hotel. The hotel front desk said that there is no parking place in the hotel, but you can park in the nearby Mochou Park for one dollar per hour at night. I thought, okay, let's go with this arrangement. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there was a parking lot under the nearby human resources building. When I asked the front desk, they didn't clearly answer whether they would post a sign or be driven away, and just let us try. Because I couldn't park in, I didn't plan to give up parking nearby. But when my child went to the toilet, I saw that there was a small parking lot behind the hotel with two empty spaces. The front desk replied to me that the parking space was limited, and let us try if we lifted the barrier, then we could park. But later I saw that the parking space situation can be seen in real time on the front desk monitoring computer, which means that the hotel has parking spaces. This shows that the hotel lied at the beginning and said that they couldn't park in the hotel. When we found that there was a parking space, they actually let us try it ourselves instead of actively arranging a parking space. In the end, my husband drove in the drizzle and parked in a nearby park. Second point: We were the first to arrive when the hotel checked in. When I took out my ID card to check in, another guest came, but the front desk actually took over the other guests' check-in first. We were clearly in front and stepped over us. Instead, we were asked to check in on the computer next to us. The service was very unprofessional. Third point: Because I knew that my child had a bad sleeping posture, I chose tatami. The front desk did not ask me for my opinion and directly changed the room type, saying that they upgraded us. I thanked him, okay, I knew what kind of room I wanted to choose, and he changed it without asking. After checking in, I packed up and had fun. I planned to go to bed around 11 o'clock. I found that there was a middle light in the hotel bathroom that could not be turned off, and there was a large glass between the bed and the shower room, which was only blocked by a light-transmitting curtain. So the bed was always bright, which made it impossible for children and adults to fall asleep. I couldn't call the front desk, and after a long time of tossing, the front desk couldn't turn it off, and then actually replied to us, "Just sleep, we will deal with it tomorrow." I was speechless. I came to stay to have a good sleep. A room of more than 360 square meters for us to live in? I asked to change the room and said it was full. Finally, I closed the power cord to solve this speechless incident. This hotel, I advise you to train your staff. I advise you to speak honestly and don't be so dishonest.

Stayed here for training nearby. It used to belong to Accor but now seems to have been sold. Upgraded the room type and extended check-out to 2pm. Good value for money
