Everything’s good but the owner way of talking is good

An Airbnb style service apartment located in a city center residential block. The room is fancy. Good if just need a place to stay for a night.

The location is great, but it's not easy to find the hotel (floor 22). It's a good deal, but the front desk office is a little scary when looked at first, However, the front desk employees are nice and helpful 👌

Though outside corridor wall paper is peeling, the room was cozy and nice, please note that reception is on the 22nd floor. The location is perfect, highly recommended.

Hard to find as the reception is located on the 22nd floor which isn’t clear. Staff were kind. The place was clean, but the shower basically didn’t work.

The views were amazing especially at night. Thankful that we were able to do our laundry onsite since we’ll be traveling for some time. Love the convenience. It rained the day we checked out but since it’s really close to the metro we didn’t get wet.

It is good value to money. Staff were very cooperative. Location of hotel is very accessible by metro and bus.

Location is superb. The room itself was basically good. BUT the experience of finding the exact hotel, entrance, lift, reception counter etc was not up to my decent expectation. It was rowdy and dirty due to shared property so yeah, don’t put high hopes. Reception lady and security guy were nice though. If you don’t mind some adventure.

Reception area was a bit concerning but room was both clean and pleasant. For the price, this is a nice place to stay for a shorter trip to Nanjing. The location is also good with some restaurants nearby, as well as a big street 50 meters away that connects you to the rest of the city with easy-to-get DiDi routes.

Great location and price, with great amenities and a cool themed room but it was a bit dusty

To be honest, I do not usually enjoy writing negative reviews, as I understand that people are generally trying their best and mistakes can happen. However, I feel compelled to share my experience in this particular instance. I was promised a room on a high floor, with a washing machine, and the photographs depicted a very appealing space. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I encountered several issues: - I was provided with a room of a different category, which had artificial greenery and appeared to be on the 8th floor. - There was no washing machine in the room. - The refrigerator, which appeared to be approximately 20 years old, was not functioning properly. I also refrained from using the microwave due to safety concerns. - The room had not undergone renovation for at least 20 years, as evidenced by the lack of European-style electrical outlets, with the exception of one in the bathroom. - There was a significant amount of dust accumulated on the artificial greenery. - The room lacked a table and chair, making it inconvenient to work on a computer. And for all this they also asked for a deposit, the first time for all time in China. On the positive side, the bed linens were clean (it really seems😁), and the location of the accommodation was convenient. However, considering the overall condition of the room and the amenities that were not provided, I believe that the price-quality ratio was inadequate, even taking into account the May holiday period.
