In the past two years, the number of Atour hotels has increased dramatically, but the quality has declined greatly! I strongly do not recommend this Atour. The hygiene is not good, the facilities are old, and the curtains are especially bad. The white gauze curtains are almost black gauze curtains. Disappointed!

There are cockroaches in the room, mosquitoes flying around all the time, and flies. As soon as I entered the room and lay down, I found dead mosquitoes under the pillow. The cleaning is extremely poor, and it feels like I have been to the African savannah. I have never encountered such a dirty and messy room in my life. Anyone who wants to experience a trip to Africa can stay in this hotel. True story.

Dissatisfied with 1813, it is not suitable for people to stay in. I have stayed in Atour Hotel for so many times, and this one is the worst experience. It is hot, stuffy, and noisy (there is a restaurant next door). When I checked in at 7:00, I asked the front desk if there were other rooms. They told me that there were no rooms. I called the front desk but it didn't work. Later, I couldn't help but complain to the front desk at 11:00. They said that the room was full so late and there were no other rooms to change. So there was a room at 7:00. The customer asked if there were other rooms. The front desk ignored the customer's request in order to arrange the room as soon as possible. Atour will try its best to meet the customer's other needs. It was really a very bad experience. I found out the exhaust fan in the toilet was broken the next day and it couldn't be turned on.

The shower water leaked under the toilet. The bedside spotlight was broken and I couldn't sleep all night. There was no sound insulation and takeaways could be delivered at will. The room was on the first floor and the restaurant was also on the first floor. There were no bathrobes and the bath towels were dirty. The attitude of the pick-up and drop-off staff and the front desk staff needs to be improved.
