It is okay. If you’re looking for something fancy, new and modern, then this not for you. For me it was okay to spend the night there, and the price was also worth it.

First of all, this is the first time in my life that I give a bad review to a hotel, and it is not the first time I have stayed in GreenTree Inn. I have stayed in different cities. First, the bed in the room is extremely hard, and it feels like sleeping on a mattress. I can feel the wire texture inside the mattress. Is such a bed also a specified configuration of the hotel? Second, the room safety issue. The elevator does not require a card swipe, which means that both customers and outsiders can go to any floor at will. On the day of check-in, there was a [door-to-door service] card thrown in from the door of the room. This happened every day for four nights. Third, the room card issue. I need to swipe the card at the front desk every day for consecutive stays, and I was not informed when checking in. I returned to the hotel the next afternoon and found that the door card did not work, so I went downstairs to swipe it. Third, the room price has been reduced. The price has been reduced since the day of check-in, which is very unbalanced, but the customer service experience of the Ctrip platform is very good, and the after-sales service is solved. For the same price, no matter the facilities, environment or service, it can be said that it is not worth the money. Avoid this hotel in Wuxi. I really don't know how the good reviews are written.
