1.設施不行，專門訂的投影房投影打不開，聯繫酒店聯繫不上，所有平台上的電話都打了沒人接，還掛我電話
2.服務態度不行，聯繫上酒店之後態度惡劣還説不管，還很沖的問我那你想怎麼辦，我是去住酒店的不是去受氣的謝謝
3.續房之後，因為訂房人訊息不一樣專門給打了個電話説明情況，態度十分不耐煩，我們衹是想告訴她訂房人不一樣了，可能沒辦法直接續房，話還沒説完就給我把電話掛了
4.續完房也打過電話説明情況之後，剛準備休息就有人敲門趕我們走，我們説了好幾遍續房了也打過電話了但是沒人聽，非要説我們沒續房，保潔給酒店打電話，酒店也説我們沒續房，但是我們剛打過電話説訂房人訊息不一樣了，還倒打一耙説我們不告訴他訂房人姓名
總之如果你想不受氣就不要來這家酒店

第一次在這邊住，房間有點小π_π，衞生馬馬虎虎吧，主要是沒有窗户🪟，讓人感覺很難受，除了離景區比較近。
