The sanitation of the room is average, with obvious dust accumulation; 4. The most unbearable thing is the water quality. This is Nanjing. The hotel is located in Jiangning District, which has the largest production value in Nanjing. Ginkgo Lake is just outside the door, and the Yangtze River is next to it. How can there be such water quality? ? ? ! ! ! The water released is yellow and full of impurities. I am used to brushing my teeth with cold water, and the tap water released is also full of impurities. I didn’t know it at first, and I boiled a pot of hot water to drink it, but I couldn’t spit it out. I’m busy with my children and don’t have time. I’m going to call the consumer this week to make a complaint.

During a difficult time with the epidemic, they were extremely friendly. They spoke English, made sure I had all the requirements before arriving and the check in and out were incredibly easy. Their service is fantastic I cannot thank them enough because I was in a hard situation late at night and they did not hesitate to help me. The room was very comfortable, an amazing bath tub and a very clean space. You need to fill out a paper when checking in and that was all.

A pleasant stay during the Spring Festival. We went with our two elderly people and children. They all particularly liked the relaxed and cozy holiday style of Bali and left us with a wonderful experience. The villa has a large room, a big bed, a kitchen in the room, a small refrigerator in each bedroom, and a coffee machine that we can't live without. There are hot spring pools and swimming pools in the yard. The hot springs must be filled with water by the housekeeper in advance. It can be filled in less than twenty minutes. The natural hot spring water is very hot and it will take a while before you can soak in it, so you must fill it in advance, but do not put it in before. The water that comes out is very clean and does not have all kinds of dead skin and unspeakable things floating around like other public pools. You can't swim in the swimming pool in winter, so you can only take photos of the sunken shape. According to reports, this is one of the few places where natural hot spring water is directly used. Many other facilities store hot spring water in water tanks in advance and then continuously heat it for use. The hotel's service is particularly good. The front desk, battery car driver, restaurant waiter, and butler who fills the hot spring water are all very enthusiastic and proactive. They are always on hand to change bath towels and robes. When they saw the cars parked on the street outside the hotel, everyone flocked to the large public hot springs in the surrounding area. Fortunately, they chose this place during the festival. It was relaxing, quiet, and stress-free. In addition, the breakfast in the restaurant is very rich, including Chinese, Western, and Indonesian food. The complimentary afternoon tea is simple but sufficient. There is a town near the hotel with many local restaurants. On the other side is the Mine Park, which is very close. The only drawback is that the furniture is relatively old, but it is still well maintained and does not affect the accommodation experience.

If you drive by yourself, you can park directly in the hotel parking lot, and you can take the hotel shuttle bus to explore the park. 🌿Room view: Built on a hillside, there is a garden area behind the hotel. It is a bit far from Huabao Paradise and you need to take a shuttle bus. Because there were fewer people checking in on Friday, the front desk helped upgrade to a private hot spring room with a small pool in the room. Hotel guests can use two hot springs, one is the hotel's own public open-air hot spring, and the other is the open-air hot spring in the hotel opposite. 🍱Breakfast: There was a queue to enter during the peak dining period, but the staff at the door gave our children small candies, which made them very happy. The variety is relatively rich, but I don’t know if it’s because it’s on the mountain. Some of the dishes, such as pot stickers, pancakes and fruits, are semi-finished products and are not particularly delicious. The duck fat shortbread and duck blood vermicelli soup are specialties that you can try. There is also a good selection of desserts and breads in the bakery area, but the rest are relatively normal. 🎪Children’s Paradise: The decoration style of the children's playground is quite unique, and the color scheme is comfortable and eye-catching. I especially like the semi-enclosed reading area. Children like the slide and rock climbing area. In addition, the room benefits come with a handicraft activity, and the staff can take it with you to do it at no cost to your parents.

The restaurant does not allow you to wear room slippers to enter and eat, which is a bit uncomfortable. You have to change your shoes. But fortunately the attitude of the staff is better. 3. The room is still a little dirty. Can see dust. The equipment in the room is still very new and smart. Also sent fruit and a few bottles of water. Overall still quite satisfied Let's talk about the shortcomings. 4. After a nap in the afternoon, someone in the park opposite was singing with a microphone, which was very unpleasant. I don't know if the sound insulation is bad or the singing is too loud 5. The dinner buffet is not expensive, and the service staff removes the bones in a timely manner. But the food is not rich. Seriously unbearable is the oysters... filthy. When you open it, it's full of sand. 6. Pool problem. Usually when I go to a hotel, I go to the swimming pool... This hotel swimming pool surprised me. Such a big hotel... the swimming pool is a bit big. Even small. It feels like it's outsourced to the gym...it's all kids learning to swim. The place was very noisy. The water temperature is also low. The experience is very poor.

During this trip to Nanjing, I stayed in three different hotels for three nights. I originally wanted to stay at the Banyan Tree for both nights, but thinking that it would be time-consuming to visit the Garden Expo, I stayed one night at other hotels for easier travel. I regretted the experience. No two nights at the Banyan Tree. It's a bit regretful that we didn't see the expected sunset, but no matter what the weather is, no matter what the scene is outside the window, the huge picture-like beauty from the lobby is a visual impact, and it can only be captured in a horizontal screen to show its magnificence. An abandoned mine has been turned into such a beautiful hotel. I am really impressed by the magic of this design. From check-in to check-out, every receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic. This is considered a resort-style hotel. nice environment. There is a big garden. Next to it is the 1912 Cultural District and the lake. I think it will be more beautiful in spring, summer and autumn. The rooms are relatively spacious. I don’t know if there are family rooms, I forgot to ask. The breakfast is more Chinese style and the quality seems to be pretty good. Especially the noodles! It was Laba Festival that day, and there was Laba porridge. The restaurant service can clean the tableware quickly. Although this is a must in my opinion, there are very few hotels that can actually do this.
