This is a belated review🥰Let me talk about the results first: If you are a traveler who has higher requirements for rest comfort, you will really be happy to choose this hotel. A few days before the start of school, I had a sudden idea to make a trip with my best friend, and the route and hotel were only decided two days ago. However, the route was completely wrong. We felt that the happiest thing about coming to Nanjing was staying in this hotel🥳. First of all, the service at the front desk is very good👍 Check-in and check-out are very fast! We arrived after twelve o'clock, and we were immediately assigned a room, and were given two room cards at once! Secondly, the room is very clean, has a small refrigerator, and five bottles of mineral water are placed directly in it! Many hotels give you two bottles at a time! So I really like this, because we stayed for two days in a row, so when we called them to deliver it, they put six bottles directly in front of us🥰It's really friendly to people like us who drink a lot of water. The tea bags provided are also very good, they are Lapsang Souchong! I love it! Another thing I forgot 😭 is that there are tea making tools on the table! This time we wore Hanfu and took pictures with the tea set! The last TV was so big that you could use your mobile phone to cast the screen. When my best friend and I got tired from playing at night, we went straight back to lie down and watch TV🫶! And I slept very well at night, there was no other sound at all! All I can say is that I will definitely choose this restaurant next time I come. In fact, the only bad thing about this hotel is that it is a bit far from the subway station and attractions, but I feel that it is very quiet next to the hotel. It is really the best solution for people who need a good rest after a day of shopping! Taking a taxi from this hotel to Laomendong takes about 20 minutes and costs 20 yuan, which is very cost-effective! And there is a bus next to it that can take you directly to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum! For those who travel, the location is actually very good👍

As a regular guest at sofitel I continue to have good things to say about sofitel! The room was clean and fresh, electrical appliances in working condition and the water pressure was at reasonable standard. Under this booking I also had midnight snack and breakfast included. Although staff did forget to deliver my midnight snack. Annie at reception was very helpful, friendly and professional. She gifted me with a salted duck gift and a small sofitel branded perfume on check out! Furthermore as a member at sofitels fitness center and swimming pool (as somebody who swims everyday here)I was slightly annoyed with the amount of people in the swimming pool. There are 2 designated sections one larger area for free play and another for those who wish you exercise undisturbed. But today there were children everywhere and the life guard didn't seem to mind that kids were disrupting these clearly set up guidelines. After waiting around an hour for things to calm down I decided to complain to her but she just agreed that it was wrong and did nothing about it... After waiting another half an hour my friend managed to have a swim. I hope more effort is put into training staff around managing people within their designated areas.

The service attitude of Xiaomi at the front desk is relatively good. When we checked in at night, Xiaomi helped us upgrade the room. We were given a business room with windows, which was pretty good. The location here is more convenient because it is close to the Line 4 subway station. If you take the subway, , it is still relatively convenient. The hotel recently got a new food delivery robot, which is great. The delivery person can ask the robot to deliver the food to the room, which is more convenient.

It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.

I also saw the boss’s entrepreneurial story. Next time I go to the provincial party school, this Atour is the first choice. Especially satisfied ～

I was quite satisfied with the room. Li Ruoyi at the front desk was very considerate and helped us change to an executive room. Since I prefer quiet and avoid noise, I was very satisfied with the high floor arrangement! The breakfast is also very rich, clean and hygienic! The room also arranged for us to receive fruits, which was very considerate.

The super professional staff clearly doesn't believe in cutting corners, the place is emmaculate clean & the breakfast is fantastic. Once you enter the huge Phoenix mural behind the front desk & chandelier above will be testament to the quality of this hotel. The location is super convenient, not far from downtown or the subway. I oy stayed one night, but far and away my favorite hotel in Nanjing!

It is very close to Confucius Temple and Zhongshan Scenic Area. It can be reached in a few minutes without traffic jam. The hotel service is very good and fruits are provided. The room was very clean and the sleep was very comfortable.

Booked a room for the convenience of the senior high school entrance examination, and the hotel staff arranged the room very thoughtfully. Very warm and touching! Whether it is the lobby manager Huang Youqiang or the room service Zhou Guangxia, they all reflect the professionalism of the ancient city. Next time I will choose Ancient Nandu!
