Location wise is good, room is clean, near to mrt and tourism spot. Only want to feedback that the receptionist at 1030pm dated 31 Oct 2024, was not professional. She was trying to avoid eye contact while answering our queries on payable TV program and kept handling the computer only. Not able to resolve our issue. Appreciate the management to look into this for better front desk service experience.

The room is simple and clean, there are some, especially the bathroom is very clean, the shower place is very large, the bath water pressure is very high ～ Overall, it is very comfortable, very clean and not awkward at all, the front desk upgraded the room for us, the room is very spacious, the service attitude is very good, Robot dining service is also very fast ～

Great location close to metro to get to the office everyday, while also being near to the tourist area for a chance to see a bit of Nanjing of an evening. Plenty of food options around. Only downside was the light switches are led and bright - eye mask recommended if you like a dark room. Not the newest hotel around, it was comfy, clean and had everything I needed. The wifi worked for me (not the case in some hotels I stayed in on this trip). The room was spacious, and the sitting area handy to keep luggage etc out of the way. Unfortunately no view from the window, but the window did open, which was nice. The English name on the door was Grand Comfy Hotel

Everyone knows that when coming to Nanjing One of the must-visit attractions must be the Confucius Temple. When I called, I contacted Manager Xue. He patiently explained to me the route from the airport to the hotel. He also added a corporate WeChat account and sent me a lot of delicious food nearby. Yes, very good! I was very satisfied after I arrived. The hotel was newly renovated and I was worried that it would taste too much but tasteless. I originally wanted to go to Confucius Temple for breakfast. They said that the hotel has a buffet breakfast. It is indeed a high-end hotel with so many types of breakfast ”everything is available”. There is a special duck blood vermicelli soup. My children also like the hotel's breakfast very much. When traveling with children, I was afraid that the hotel would not have a laundry room or dryer. It turns out that this hotel has them. I am so satisfied that the children's clothes are washed in about 2 hours a day. After drying, the child kept praising the hotel and had a great time playing on the treadmill. Staying in a hotel like this is very comfortable and relaxing. I won’t change hotels next time I come to Nanjing. I’ll stick with this one. If my friends think I’m exaggerating, come and stay here for one night. The service facilities are excellent! satisfy!

Great location. 10 min walk to tourist places. Despite the hotel room is small for our family, everything is good. Breakfast also good. Just outside hotel, a lot of restaurants. Reception is very friendly although they don't speak english but try their best by translate app. They allow us late check out without any extra charges. Thanks for that. . Front street is crowded and busy street. Difficult to get by taxi. U will get a lot traffic jam there. . Train station is 2 block far away. If u r with kid and luggages, not a good idea to come / leave by train. Better take taxi.

The front desk service is very good and the hygiene is OK. However, the room this time is very small and the sound insulation is poor. , the accommodation experience is not very good

The smell of furniture in the room is still quite obvious. It is still a little mindful to bring children to live, so I open the window at night to sleep with the air conditioner. Even if the room is equipped with an air purifier, it feels not great.
