Really great hotel experience for us. After traveling for a month this was our last stop. We asked for a quiet room hoping we could finally have some peace and quiet. But this time of year there will be so many families with small children running and jumping around the rooms. The lady told us “we’ll give you a room no one likes.” Hahaha! But unfortunately we were still surrounded by loud families. Anyways the hotel lobby is very big and beautiful. The service was excellent. The doorman helped take our luggage up to the room. The room was very large and spacious. Huge bathroom with with separated toilet, sink/mirror, bathtub, and shower. The view was boring but we told the lady we didn’t care about the view. The bed was nice and soft, very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Water pressure for the bathtub and shower was great! Best water pressure I’ve experienced in 10 years of being in China. The bed is not facing the direction of the tv which usually bothers me as I like to watch tv/movies while lying in bed. But the tv in our room was set up to extend outwards and then towards our bed. That was really awesome as I have never seen any hotel do that before. Really great they did that 👍🏼👍🏼 our cleaning ladies did a great job everyday, they noticed we always drank the free waters and gave us a couple extras. So many small details helped us really enjoy our stay here. The location is also good. About 5-7 minute walk to the metro station. Cross the street via the metro station and there is a very large IMAX cinema and several shopping malls with lots of great food and entertainment options. The MIXC mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Great hotel, great service! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanning. Thank you!

Really great hotel. Maybe only Shangri-la next door looks better as it is the latest hotel. But Shangri-la is best almost double that of Crowne Plaza, so I will still choose this hotel over Shangri-la. The dim sum on the second floor (I think ot is 2nd floor, I not too sure as I am writing this review aost 10 days after) is also delectable!

Because she didn't know much about the layout characteristics of the room, she patiently helped me introduce the orientation and view of the room. Based on my needs, she chose a room with a high floor and a good view for me. She gave us a hotel certificate at the front desk. L’Occitane also thoughtfully sent us Nanning travel guide as a souvenir! And Cici from the guest relations department, because I was in a hurry to deliver the takeout to my room, she went directly to pick it up for me and delivered the takeout as soon as possible! We were also invited to experience the executive lounge, and a welcome fruit plate was delivered to our room. Knowing that we had two children with us, we were also specially prepared with handmade toys, which was very warm! In addition, I would also like to commend the hotel’s Helen, Colin, Yann, Tiffany, Rose, Tony, and Dean for their professional services. This hotel is WOW! Looks just like the pictures. Friendly + helpful staff. Decent breakfasts (both Chinese + Western). Great location, about 5 minutes walk from MixC mall or Hangyang mall. Subway line 1 stops are found next to the each mall. Room was amazing & luxuriously comfortable! Only problems were a loud creaky sound on the room's wooden floor and irresponsible guests who smoked in the passages without permission, leaving an unpleasant smell behind for non smokers. I would still do future stay at this hotel as I believe my complaints are isolated cases that don't always occur.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.
