The hotel is on the more central street in Nantes. There is an underground garage in the store. It's about 15 euros a day. It's very convenient or quite good. The Nantes Castle Museum is within a 5-minute walk. There is a free breakfast buffet in the morning and two free drinks in the evening. 0.0 is considered a modern hotel in that circle. In 2022-2023 my experience at this hotel is quite good, it's really comfortable to stay 2-3 nights for business trip: it's next to Train station (so u could drop off ur luggage right the moment u arrive at Nantes), after a work day, u could take time to walk along the canal Saint Felix, as well as visit the old castle, the old city center. Mercure Nantes is also near the Conference - Exhibition Complex called La Cité des Congrès de Nantes to see some spectables, concerts such as Shen Yun, Le lac des cygnes. The room is quiet, i do love so much the view, the bathroom is clean and nice light system as well as television, wardrobes (small but smart). The morning buffet is diversified and fresh. You could ask to staff to make Cappuccino/ Machiato(they do very well) . I was here 3 times already, 3 differents room at different floor but never had prob with sleeping. The staff is friendly (women who tidy room), the staff at buffet as well i did love the dinner service in room, very well prepared. This month I enjoyed the lunch at terrasse. So I do appreciate all services they could offer up to now. Thank you.

The Sozo is a four-star hotel built in a converted 19th century chapel. I paid extra to stay in one of the top floor rooms with the stained glass and vaulted ceilings. Room amenities included robes and a Nespresso machine, with coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits refreshed daily. This hotel also has a lift, so it is perfect for people with physical disabilities. The concierges are functionally bilingual. There was a hand written welcome note on my bed which was a very nice touch. The Sozo is across the street from a large botanical park which is also a thoroughfare to other parts of the city. It is a five minute walk to the train station and tram line, and there are a number of places to eat in the immediate area. I recommend the Sozo for the experience, service and location.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything walking and having a parking space, but the litter is not at all (fine and very hard matlas), it is the same litter that you can find in the Ibis hotels **. The chairs are straight and too small (this hardly covers the bed intle), the small and unvolume cousins, the fine coat and all small. This point must really be changed, at present they are absolutely not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small.

It´s very comfortable and clean, so when you first enter the room it gives very good impression. It has four plugs, so you can charge all your devices. The bathroom was clean and wide. The room is not big but I didn´t miss extra space. The staff is very nice and speak at least french and english. The only point to improve is that if the parking is full you have to find a place to park in the area of the hotel, and it´s not always easy. Despite that, I would repeat because the price is very good.

I was pitted by Ctrip. When I chose the hotel, I only set up the Loire Valley area. I don’t know if the area is big, it is equivalent to choosing a hotel around Hangzhou and recommending it to Wenzhou. It is 200km away from the heart of the Loire Valley. Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

First impressions are vital Unfortunately, the reception area is disappointing because there is no official reception area, it seems the breakfast area is also the reception area No sense of authority here much to my displeasure. Our room was comfortable, small, internet okay but no tea/ coffee supplied although you could pay for it down in breakfast area which I thought was a bit mean!. However, most disappointing of all, is the bleak uninspiring black walls in the room,, Gave our room quite a depressing atmosphere. Service was not great. No towels one day until we asked. The good news is that the location is excellent and the bed is soft.They allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours. Much appreciated! Also, Nantes is a great place for a visit
