The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient near the city center and main attractions, super markets and a few restaurants. Simple hotel, rooms elevator and a little breakfast area. Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. There is always the grumpy less friendly one that reminds you are still in france.

Horrible experience.
When we arrived, it turned out that they did not have a room for us or other people, having booked almost two months in advance.
They sent us to a hotel much further from the center, which is where we wanted.
Thank the Belfort hotel for hosting us and for its hospitality. They did everything possible to make sure we were well.
I will not book through Trip again.

Séjour convenable
Accueil très sympathique et professionnel,à notre écoute et diligent.
Quelques améliorations en chambre à réaliser:
-vérifier les bon fonctionnement des éclairages
-huiler les portes qui grincent
-permettre l’utilisation de la couverture d’appoint qui est enfermée dans une housse sans système d’ouverture…
