I had been here a few years ago but was not impressed. This time I came again during my vacation and climbed Langshan Mountain and Junshan Mountain. I specifically chose Nantong Hotel, one of the landmarks of Nantong, and stayed on the 47th floor. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. The temperature has cooled down... It's quite speechless. Fortunately, the people in the housekeeping department are very good at giving this and that service. I would like to commend Xu Xiaoli for her very considerate service. The buffet breakfast is average, the taste is light but the pastries are good

The environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the room has no peculiar smell. Although it is not a new hotel, it is very clean. The service is also good, and a small gift is presented. Best of all it was very quiet and the bedding was very comfortable.

Because I came to the hotel late, I don't konw how to use the Chinese software to book a room. Kevin at the front desk patiently taught me to book a room. He was very kind and could communicate with me normally, and also helped me upgrade my room.

This hotel can accommodate any type of stay. Ours was a Valentine staycation. Service was great. Bath was amazing as was the view. Buffet costs 100RMB p/p which is fair and there were loads of options for all diets. we've been here before and we'll be here again

The phone at the front desk must be answered within two rings, and the restaurant delivery is also within half an hour. I would like to praise Huang Qin, the waiter on the 22nd floor , Huang Jianjuan, Zhang Qin, Shi Ju, and Gong Erping, they delivered the borrowed things super fast, almost within five minutes, and they didn’t bring enough clothes to wash by themselves, and they helped us dry and fold them. The room was messed up by the baby The clothes are also folded neatly for us, it really feels like home... Then I stayed for another two days... It's just that there is no buffet lunch now, it's a little regretful, I decided to live in Donghengsheng directly when I go back to my hometown It's warm like spring, and I don't need my parents to dry the quilt for me and clean up, haha

There are food options close by as well as son was in the hotel. the swimming pool is very nice. the hotel. Staff are always very polite professional and happy to serve. It’s not our first time coming here and it certainly won’t be our last. Hands down the best hotel in Nantong!
