The price of one parking and two meals is cheap and the CP value is high, but the relative quality of accommodation will be poor. In addition to the poor sound insulation of the hotel itself, the quality of the tenants is high because of the low price. Especially, the tenants in the camper van area below often make loud noises. It's almost 24:00 in the evening, and people who want to take a vacation really have to think about it....
