Hotels Near Baby Park Pianura in Naples

The bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is great and it's nice having a little balcony. Trip.com says the room has a kettle but it doesn't. In the winter it would be nice to have a kettle as well as slippers to walk on the cold marble floor, especially since I can't control the heat as it's controlled by the front desk. The front desk staff are very helpful with ordering taxis with flat rates so you won't get cheated.

The bar to have drinks in the evening is filthy, dirty table linens that are not linens, had marks that has been used and spilt drinks or food. The chairs and table feels and looks dirty, we took our drinks in our room instead. The breakfast has no cooked food just hard boiled eggs, bread are hard, people have to queue to wait to be served by 1 waiter, you cannot take from the table, waiter has to serve even coffee. It’s scary around the hotel, police are always there, dodgy shops around. Stay nearby or at hotels around Ovo Castle. It’s too dirty aroung Gibraldi station where this hotel is located.

It is about a 15-minute walk from the station. On the way from the station, there is a clean supermarket, laundry, and delicious pizza restaurant, and next door is a chain *****tore, so the location is great. The room was quite spacious, cleaned every day, and had a large terrace, so it was very comfortable. I visited not only Naples, but also Pompeii, Salerno → Amalfi → Potasino → Sorrento, but Amalfi and Potasino were too crowded, so I'm glad I did a day trip from Naples. There is no resident staff, so you need to go at the specified time to check in, but be careful that they don't open the door unless you call. I ended up not being able to contact the hotel in Matera, so the hotel canceled the day and I didn't get a refund, so I was a little worried that it would happen again.

I am SO impressed with this hotel - everything was so easy. I was able to WhatsApp reception before and during with any enquiries. The room itself was stunning - very clean and beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for Netflix. There was also a balcony which was a nice bonus. Checkout was so easy too. All you had to do was leave the keys in a basket outside your room. This hotel is such a steal as it is so amazingly priced. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very good apartment hotel, the location is very convenient and safe. We arrived one day in advance to put our luggage, the front desk did not hesitate to agree, and the service was very good, recommending routes and restaurants for us. The room was large (we should have been the largest suite early), with two balconies, a large and modern bathroom, and Bluetooth system, coffee machine, two TV sets and other equipment. Breakfast is simple but the service is thoughtful. The only problem is that it is not easy to find. The small sign in front of the building can't be seen at all. We only contacted by phone.

Needed something close to the train station and airport so you’re not gonna be in a Beverly Hills type neighborhood but the hotel was very clean and appears rather new. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Went out of his way to bring our luggage up to our room. Train station is literally across the street. Lots of places to get food. He arranged for our taxi to take us to the airport. For a short stop in Naples before catching a flight I would recommend. Just wouldn’t go out too late.

We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel Serapide. Excellent service and we were deeply impressed by the view from our hotel room. The hotel is state of the art, clean, comfortable and brand new. Sergio, one man for everything was outstanding. Concierge, manger at the reception and speaks excellent English. When we are back to Naples we will book the Grand Hotel Serpide again. The accommodation is well located. Despite saying that it has a private bathroom, it was located outside the room and quite far away, an aspect that should have been communicated in advance... The accommodation says that it has breakfast, but it is served in a cafe (we also only found out about this fact after we arrived). The family room is small for 4 people and the single beds are uncomfortable. Furthermore, there was always good communication with management via WhatsApp).

Ok forget the bad reviews they are either fake or old. This old building as been fully renovated and is in the centre of the old town. Tripit rates the area as safe and we saw no evidence to the contrary. The rooms are simply and comfortable furnished with very comfortable beds and nicely appointed bathrooms complete with toiletries. The rooms are reasonably quiet and are equipped with air conditioning, we both slept very well. There are two large roof terraces adjacent to the breakfast room where am ample breakfast buffet is served. All the staff are plesent and helpful as are most people in Naples. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it.

A parte il fatto (comunque colpa mia) che avevo prenotato e pagato per due, ma all'ultimo momento la mia compagna non è venuta, la prima camera che mi hanno assegnato ( la 304) aveva un pervasivo e disgustoso odore di gabinetto. il copriletto era vecchissimo, sporco e completamente mangiato dalle tarme, (vedi foto). . La seconda camera (la 202) era decente e l'ho presa. Aveva il bagno per i disabili, ma considero questo un plus. Ma gli accessori di del bagno erano tarati per una sola persona (1 asciugamani per mano normale, 1 asciugamano doccia, nessun bicchiere (e l'impianto idrico lasciava a desiderare). Lo staff mi ha portato quanto richiesto, IL peggio però era l'impianto di condizionamento, assolutamente non funzionante. Fortunatamente la temperatura era gradevole, ma la mattina farsi la doccia in un bagno freddo non è stato piacevole. Lo staff ha provveduto il giorno dopo. Visto che il check out era alle 11, ho lasciato, alle ore 9:00 lo zaino al deposito bagagli: non vi è stata applicata alcuna etichetta. Alle ore 16:00 del 6 gennaio sono andato a riprenderlo: non c'era più. Uno dello Staff, un po' balbettante mi ha detto che li avevano spostati in altro luoho. E me lo ha mostrato: in una zona in penombra; c'era un solo zaino, all’apparenza il mio, l'ho preso e sono ripartito per Salerno. Solo all'arrivo mi sono accorto che lo zaino, seppur identico, non era il mio. Solo grazie alla disponibilità della persona che aveva preso il mio sono riuscito ad operare lo scambio di restituzione. Quando ho lascito lo zaino (ore 08:30) ho comunicato chiaramente alla reception che, dopo la colazione sarei tornato, ben prima delle 11:00 ora del check out per usare il bagno. Tornato dopo mezz'ora ho trovato la stanza già disfatta con le donne delle pulizia ed il bagno ormai inagibile.già in pulizia. Comunque, vabbè che eravamo in altissima stagione ma per un albergo in zona stazione d Napoli, degradata e mal frequentata, 180 euro + 6 euro di tassa d soggiorno per due notti mi sembrano un po' eccessivi per un albergo di terza categoria
