Best Hotels near Bonino Napoli, Naples

We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel Serapide. Excellent service and we were deeply impressed by the view from our hotel room. The hotel is state of the art, clean, comfortable and brand new. Sergio, one man for everything was outstanding. Concierge, manger at the reception and speaks excellent English. When we are back to Naples we will book the Grand Hotel Serpide again. In low season I don’t see any reason why stay there because of the location. To get to the nearest train you have to walk at least a kilometer. And all together- walking buying the tickets and getting to city it takes an hour at least. With a heat it’s not a pleasant journey. But when the only goal is relaxing and having a good time at the pool- it’s a quite good option. The pool area is great and also playground surrounded by lemon and lime trees. Garden is beautiful. The hotel in on the top of the hill and when not knowing the shotcut it’s not comfortable walking up there. The pool is open olny it’s n high season. The rooms are on the other block of the building and connected by weird lift system. It was kind of funny that wifi worked in the opposite side of the street but not in the room. Zero wifi. About the rooms. Ants in the bathroom (bathroom looked tired as well). It has a hairdryer and shower and bath. Room has kind of loft system. The other floor was stuffy because air conditioning has no power to cool of both floors. Has a fridge. Tv went off all the time. The tv from second floor didn’t worked at all. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff was polite and helpful. And one of the lady- smiling all the time. Melted my heart. And also young guy from reception-even helped us with suitcase! The breakfast was nice surprise (after visiting uk). Not fancy like four stars hotels in Germany but still. Has fruits, different kind of pastry, bread and ham and cheese etc. the only thing I complain about is lack of slice of tomato or cucumber! You grow the best tomatoes in the world guys! I must agree the other opinions here- not a completely four stars hotel, 3 maybe?

The location and parking are strength points, as well as the tranquility of the area. Weigh up in the morning, open windows and see the sea is a great added value. We arrived late afternoon and there was already the open (appreciated) bed sofa in the house and the house seemed clean. We were surprised not to find some basic equipment such as a fabric and paper fabrics (this latter we asked at the reception and provided us with that in the use and throwing boxes). The building with some external and internal maintenance would earn so much. The price is fair for the offer, we should return to Pozzuoli we will keep it in mind.

We stayed at the hotel for four days in early July. This resulted in us leaving with the best impressions. There was a lot of politeness and friendliness among the staff. The room was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Our maids cleaned and tidied it every day. Clean towels were provided and bathroom accessories were promptly replaced. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location was perfect!!! We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Naples again. Sophia and Sotiria from Greece

I saw that someone commented that the room was wrong, and I encountered a similar situation. I suggested that Ctrip ask the store to download actual pictures of the room type for everyone's reference. The volcano view from the room is quite nice. The location is very good, just opposite the train station, and there is a supermarket across the street downstairs. The front desk of the hotel was a little strange. They asked me if it was my first time here and if I had any arrangements for the second time. But after knowing that we had already made arrangements, they didn’t even bother to tell us the breakfast time and restaurant location😂

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.
