Deda & Fove

Very poor experience, extremely disappointed and speechless. This is not a hotel, this is a B&B, and Ctrip customer service needs to contact you through an intermediary. Please mark it clearly as the world's largest business travel platform. 1. Access control is required to enter the building. I need to contact the hotel in advance to confirm the arrival time, but the hotel did not contact me. The phone under the building and the phone number registered with Ctrip cannot be connected. Ctrip customer service cannot contact the hotel directly. The customer service told me that it is contacting a third party. 2. You need to insert a coin of 20 cents to take the elevator in the building 3. It is a house shared by several people, with one room per family. The sound insulation is extremely poor. People next to me are very noisy when coming in and out, and I am woken up several times at night. Please keep your eyes open and don’t step on the thunder again.

Πρόκειται για ένα οικογενειακά διοικούμενο κατάλυμα, 5 ανεξάρτητων δωματίων με αυτόνομα μπάνια. Στον δεύτερο όροφο ενός κτιρίου γραφείων και διαμερισμάτων με θυρωρό τις εργάσιμες ώρες. Βρίσκεται 100 μέτρα μακριά από τον σταθμό του μετρό Τολέδο, (γραμμή Μ1 , οπότε δεν χρειάστηκε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε άλλο μέσο για τις μετακινήσεις μας). Η γραφική Ισπανική Συνοικία, ξεκινά ακριβώς πάνω από τον σταθμό του μετρό Τολέδο, η παλιά πόλη είναι άνετα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια, μέσα σε 10 λεπτά. Πολύ κοντά και το λιμάνι, εάν σκοπεύετε να πάρετε το καραβάκι π.χ. για Κάπρι. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την πολυκατοικία υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ, και τριγύρω πολλές επιλογές για καφέ και φαγητό. Πάρκινγκ δύσκολο, και τα φυλασσόμενα, την εποχή που πήγαμε εμείς, κόστιζαν 30 ευρώ το βράδυ. Τα δωμάτια (είχαμε δύο) ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ευρύχωρα, μοντέρνα, με βραστήρα, (τσάι , καφέ, ζάχαρη), χρηματοκιβώτιο, ντουλάπα. Τα μπάνια, μοντέρνα με καμπίνα ντουζιέρα και προϊόντα μπάνιου. Καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετών. Υπάρχει ένα μικρός κοινόχρηστος χώρος όπου μπορείς να φτιάξεις καφέ από καφετιέρα και ποικιλία μικρών γλυκών, δωρεάν. Όλα τα δωμάτια, τα συνδέει ουσιαστικά ένας μικρός διάδρομος, χωρίς ωστόσο κάποια π.χ. καρέκλα ή πολυθρόνα. Αυτό όμως που μας κέρδισε πραγματικά και θα ήθελα να τονίσω, ήταν η καθαριότητα των δωματίων! Άψογη ! Τέλος, να ευχαριστήσω τον Pepe και την Fove. Εγκάρδιοι, εξυπηρετικοί, άψογοι οικοδεσπότες!

Dopo diverse esperienze non proprio felici durante i miei precedenti soggiorni a Napoli, finalmente posso dire di aver trovato la struttura perfetta! Questa è la terza volta che visito la città, ma è la prima volta che mi sento davvero soddisfatta della mia scelta. Le precedenti sistemazioni non sono state all'altezza: una nei Quartieri Spagnoli, dove raggiungere la struttura richiedeva quasi una bombola d'ossigeno, e i taxi evitavano la zona; l'altra nel centro storico, in una struttura purtroppo molto fatiscente. Questa volta, invece, ho trovato un vero gioiello situato nel cuore pulsante di Napoli, a pochi passi da tutto ciò che desideri visitare: 50 metri da Via Toledo, 300 metri da Piazza del Plebiscito, 300 metri dal centro storico e soli 100 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana Toledo. Il palazzo in cui si trova è molto accogliente, con ascensore e portierato, e le camere sono semplicemente impeccabili. Nuovissime, pulitissime, dotate di tutti i comfort che ti aspetteresti da un hotel a 4 stelle. Finalmente ho trovato la mia location ideale per le prossime avventure a Napoli, una città meravigliosa con cibo da favola e divertimento assicurato. Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Forza Deda & Fove!

La struttura è veramente di alto livello e il personale è super professionale e accogliente! La posizione è ottima ( praticamente in via Toledo) e in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i maggiori punti di interesse in centro! Super consigliato!!!

My partner and I stayed in this property for 3 nights. Property located right in the center, in a very quiet area even in the evening. Very clean room (which is no small thing) and welcoming, very modern and equipped with every comfort, with excellent daily cleaning. The owner is very kind and prepared in giving any type of information about the city and timely in satisfying customer requests. Absolutely recommended!!!!

I spent a fantastic holiday of a few days in Naples and the b&b Deda&Fove, where I stayed, contributed to making it unforgettable. Impeccably clean, refined and sober in its furnishings, comfortable and very central!!! The location is practically perfect and allows guests to reach all the sites of greatest interest in the historic center on foot! Despite being in the heart of the city, the structure is located in a quiet and safe condominium where even single girls like me can feel protected. The hosts are hospitable and always available for any need: in short, an experience worthy of a starred hotel! I will certainly return to this splendid structure!
