I am shocked by its excellent service and delicious food. It is great experience for my family to enjoy Japanese style hotel. I am very appreciate for all staff in this hotel for giving us such excellent experience.

I feel it is not worth the price of more than 2,000 yuan. I have to check out at 10 am and there is no breakfast. The facilities are old, the air conditioner is very noisy, and the curtains do not block light. The advantages are Japanese style and the hot spring experience is good. It is okay as a first experience.

A small hotel, right next to Kintetsu Nara Station, not too close, with Nara Park behind it. The lobby is small, but drinks are free, I have to drink several times a day. It is an old building, well maintained. Except that you can't order private soup, there is nothing wrong with it. The staff is also very professional and efficient. I was given a room in the middle of the top floor. The location should be the best. P.S. The breakfast is very exquisite. I didn't order dinner. Next to the hotel is the station restaurant street, which has all kinds of food.

The reception was very warm, with welcome cookies and candies, and free coffee and tea available on the first floor. The tatami room was large, and you could experience a different style. From the hotel to Nara Park, Kasuga Taisha Shrine is a short walk away.

Very good service. Except that the room is a bit old and there were cockroaches, but the hotel gave good compensation. Considering that it is within walking distance of famous attractions, don't consider the cost performance.

When I came back, I found that the password of the suitcase was pushed to 000. Someone must have tried to open the suitcase. I was in a hurry to catch the subway at that time, so I didn't investigate it further. At night, I found that 1,200 yuan of cash in a small bag was missing. When you go out, you still have to be more careful!

A relatively Japanese-style hotel, with a good location, very close to Nara Park and Kintetsu, with a public hot spring, quite unique, and a choice of Japanese and Western breakfast. The staff mainly communicate in Japanese and English. The only downside is that I lost my glasses in the hotel and they didn't contact us.

The room is very big. It's the first time I stayed in a traditional Japanese tatami room with my son. When I checked in, he asked where the bed was. Hahaha. The waiter would lay out the quilt and mattress every night before going to bed! We stayed for two nights, but one night was enough. The breakfast is very special, Japanese breakfast, or you can tell them one night in advance to choose Western breakfast, which is all set meals. The soundproofing in the room is average, but the people are very good and don't make noise. So you can hardly hear the noise from the corridor. There is a washing machine with drying machine in the corridor. We washed two loads of clothes for 500 yen, and now the exchange rate is low, it only costs 25 yuan. I didn't experience the public bath in the hotel. The location is super good, and it's only a two-minute walk from Kintetsu.

The only bad thing is that the check out time is too early.

After many years, I stayed at Nara Kasuga Hotel again. The hotel is still the same as before, comfortable, clean and hygienic, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the location is very convenient, suitable for travel!
