They have shuttle buses every hour heading to the station, airport, and the shopping mall so it’s very convenient. They also have a 7-11 at the lobby and a convenience store nearby. The staff are all friendly and speak English. The hotel is a bit dated but overall is pretty clean

Reasonable price, good to have shuttle bus, it will be nice if they can provide king size bed. The mattress is not very comfy

The location is good and there's a shuttle bus, but overall the hotel feels a bit dated. I saw on Ctrip that it was supposedly renovated in 2025, but that's not actually the case. Not all rooms have been renovated, and the cleanliness is just average. The lobby isn't big, but it's cozy. There's also a side lounge (Pic 4) where you can wait for the shuttle after checking out, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is convenient. Pic 3 shows the shuttle bus schedule, which is really handy.

Great room. It has everything a hotel needs. Nice view on the pagoda nearby from the room. Prices are great for the luxe it offers. Found 2 superior rooms for a great deal. I would come here again.

The location is nice for a layover. About 15min from the airport but they have a free shuttle bus. The hotel is close to a uniqlo and don quijote. Staff is nice and the room is clean.

This is an established star-rated hotel. Although a bit old, it's still maintained at a very high standard. The breakfast is extensive and offers a great variety. The shuttle bus to the airport and JR station is very convenient. It's an excellent choice if you're flying out the next day. For airport T2 shuttle, you can find it at pillar 26.

This location is close to airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3. It's less than a 30-minute bus ride. They offer a complimentary shuttle bus from the airport or Narita train station to the hotel. For early morning departures, the bus from the airport starts after 6 AM, with the last bus around 11:30 PM. You can check the hotel or bus schedules online.

The room was spacious and very clean! They offer a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport T1/T2, and also a complimentary shuttle to JR Narita Station. The hotel staff were friendly, and it's worth mentioning that there's a 7-Eleven on the first floor!

Pretty good. The room was spacious and well-heated. It's a bit far from the airport, with the shuttle taking about 30 minutes. Breakfast was good, with quality ingredients and a well-controlled taste.

Stayed in a king room as a solo traveler, and it was much bigger than the single rooms I've stayed in before, especially the bed. The main drawback was finding it at night; it felt less accessible than it would in the daytime. It's a good spot for a one-night stay to explore the area before catching a flight.
