Generally good and convenient for layover. The furniture is old styled and power outlets are hard to find.

The room was not that spacious than I expected, but it was comfortable to stay. Very clean tidy room. One thing I was not satisfied was the reception. I was waiting for a receptionist coming to “check-in”counter, but staffs assisted people who were not in a line for “check-in” first and I was really confused. It took me 15-20min to get a key for my room. I was really tired at that time. I know staffs are busy but it needs to be improved. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you.

Nice hotel to stay in Narita Town especially if you are to leave Tokyo via Narita International Airport. The free shuttle bus service to and from Airport, Narita Station and AEON MALL is a plus. Definitely a must stay if you are catching early morning flight the next day.

It's very close to the airport, good place to stay for a night if your flight is late but bear in mind this hotel is not close to the centre of Tokyo city. PS. We saw some brown stains on the wall in the toilet, didn't know what those strains are. Hopefully not what we think. Other than that, the hotel is clean in general.

Stayed 1night just for transit. Hotel have shuttle to airport and city's mall( duty-free shops), but have to really pay attention about the schedule and pickup locations, otherwise you might miss your flight. Hotel's crew at the front desk also very helpful. It's a very quite hotel, unless if some guess being noisy at the aisle at night. It has seven eleven at the first floor, open 7am _11pm , and outside 1 more supermarket, but beside those, no other shops around, just fields.

Good location. The hotel provide free shuttle bus to Narita airport every hour . They got free service to Tokyo town too. The hotel is old. If you don’t mind budget hotel, it is highly recommended to book this .

The shuttle service is very limited and have to call taxi to arrive the hotel if your flight arriving after 23:00 Facilit is old but maintain is ok.

shuttle bus is provided between hotel to airport, and to Kraisei Narita Station and Aeon shopping mall. Rooms are spacious and clean.. Love this hotel

Not a bad stay for what is essentially just an airport hotel. Has a shuttle to airport with departures every hour. Rooms clean. Breakfast good. A small shrine within walking distance was a great way to start the day. Garden in the back is nice. There is a 7/11 in the lobby which is great for grabbing snacks.

Just 10 mins drive from airport with parking space. OId hotel but clean & comfy, very good price. We like 7-11 at lobby, this's so convenient.

The airport hotel with restaurant and convince store inside. The room is so clean with the window . The price is also favorable.

It was a one night stay before my flight, as I suspect many are. The hotel is positioned for the airport, so it is not near anything interesting to do. The restaurant was nice but I only are breakfast there. Wide range of Japanese and Western foods to choose from. Adequate for a hotel that size. I very much appreciated the free shuttle to/from the airport. This hotel is not a destination, but it is serving a need for travellers wanting an inexpensive place to rest with convenient access to the airport before or after a flight. The lobby, hallways and room were spacious but definitely tired-looking and overall in need of refurbishment. Room was clean and bed was fine. I could not find a light switch to turn off my room lights, which was odd. Service was wonderful - courteous, helpful and friendly, as is typical of Japan.
