Our trip here has been great! We’ve received great service with all staff encounters. The chefs have been extremely kind and provided great food. Front desk staff has been great with recommendations, but unfortunately 615 Pizza and Pasta never delivered our food and still charged us. I’m still currently trying to fight with them to get that refunded, this is day 4. Our shuttle driver was extremely friendly and gave us some great first timer advice. I was initially irritated with the Valet requirement, but the process has been very seamless. The guys are great, unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Walan went the extra mile, we greatly appreciate that, especially after he was being confronted about an issue he seemed to have no control over. The second he was done, he immediately approached us and was just as friendly as if nothing had happened. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again!

This week, my daughter and I traveled to Tennessee for her college campus tour in Knoxville. We were trying to get back to California and unfortunately we were caught in the back-to-back storms that hit the southern states, including much of Tennessee. We arrived in Nashville very shaken by the storm and saddened that our flight scheduled for the following day was cancelled. Upon our arrival at The Element, we were greeted by Tonya, the general manager. That's when everything changed for the better!!!! Never, ever have I felt so welcomed in a hotel before. Tonya took AMAZING care of my daughter and I while we were stuck in Nashville. With no vehicle, no access to the restaurants (most of which were closed due to the storm), and all food delivery services out of commission,Tonya invited us to a Chinese dinner the first night. The following evening she arranged for food to be picked up and delivered to us at the hotel. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. She even offered to cook dinner for us if we had to stay an additional evening. We were fortunate enough to fly out on that third day and she even checked up on us to make sure we arrived to our destination safely by text messaging us. Tonya is the epitome of southern hospitality!!!!
