Walls had mold and holes all over them. Went somewhere else Will never stay again Haven't received my refund yet

OLD and run down motel. Outside entrances make me feel unsafe. At midnight kids were running around waking us up. Adults talking very loudly. Bathroom walls were disgusting and not sure they ever clean anything. Beds were ok. Not sure about breakfast as we didn't stay because of early flights out.

Do not stay here!!!! Terrible terrible. First of all the pictures in the listing for this hotel are not the same hotel at all. The older lady at the hotel gave us a room that smelled like smoke so strong that after being in there only long enough to check the sheets for stains and cleanliness we already smelled like smoke. The hotel was so dirty, hair in the bed and shower, stains in the sheets and looked like they hadn’t vacuumed for months. When we went back to the front office to tell them we could not stay in those conditions the lady was extremely rude and tried to send us to another hotel down the street free of charge claiming they had a room that didn’t smell like smoke. We were not comfortable doing that with no receipt and no idea what the other hotel was like. We should be able to get our money back and pick where we stay or she could have given us a clean room that didn’t smell but she refused that too. We requested our money back and she insisted she couldn’t do anything about it since we booked through booking which was a lie because once we called booking they said the propriety’s needed to release the refund. So no refund was given to us for a disgusting smelly hotel room we didn’t stay in. Do not stay here!

I am sad and almost in distress by the way the people managing this facility trated my daughter. It is so sad that a place like this with the potential to be a very nice one, is negatively affected by the way they treat visitors. We make a parking reservation, in a nonwelcoming way they pointed us to some parking lot and ask for the money cash, with no other alternative. Its not about the money, it is about the treatment. We decide to go somewhere else and loose the taxes we pay in advance. I am not use to give bad reports but I have to make an exeption this time. You can have a non expencive place but you dont need to be cheap. Treat your clients as part of the Royal family and maybe you will make your place a palace.

Rooms are horrible. Very wore down and dated. Room was dirty and many broken items. Employees family's drinking in parking lot.

This place was dirty, there were holes in the walls. There was blood on the walls. There was blood stains on the mattress cover. It was just absolutely disgusting and there was garbage everywhere outside.

Property is located 7 miles away from downtown. Too Noisy on the roads and accross the street. loud music full night in gas stations opp to the property. There are many cockroaches and spider webs in the room. The key card does not work properly. Always I had to call the front desk guy for help. Parking is limited. Shower does not work and the towel hangers were broken. Overall experience was terrible. I wont suggest this place for stay.

Firstly I specifically asked for a non smoking room and they still tried to put me in a smoking room, finally got that changed, when I got out of the car I noticed a machete on the floor in the parking lot, also I feel deducting at least a star because of the bullet holes in the wall filled with tissue is only fair. All this and when I called direct to book they wanted $300 for two nights, I managed to get it down to $200 through a third party site.

Avoid this place. There were bugs everywhere, room smelled like **** and used needles in the parking lot, and plenty of people hanging out in the parking lot. Drains did not function properly and the internet didn’t even work.
