Four Seasons Hotel Nashville

I was a little concerned about my stay after reading some of the reviews, but I am so glad I moved forward with my reservation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater, and the hotel is directly across the street - extremely convenient. I had a River view room. I usually stay in suites, so I was a little concerned this would not be a good size, but I was mistaken. The bathroom was huge with two sinks, plenty big for two guests. The room had a sofa and chair along with a king bed making it quite spacious. The rooftop infinity pool pool is AMAZING, and the service superb! My server, Christian, was absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough about the level of service he provided poolside. The pool overlooks the river, the chairs are so comfortable, everything just perfect. I only ate in the restaurant for breakfast, but it is beautifully appointed, and my server, Mark was fantastic. I asked for him each morning, and he always remembered my order and preferences. The food was delicious. Four Seasons is always my preferred choice of hotel when available, and one of the main reasons is their housekeeping service. Truly outstanding. The room was in excellent order, extremely clean, and meticulous with the details. The twice daily housekeeping is also fantastic. The hotel is in the perfect location in my opinion. It's a few blocks away from the craziness of Broadway, but a super quick walk. Lots of restaurants and bars within steps of the hotel, but clearly what appears to be a more modern, higher end of the Nashville ***** which I enjoyed. Admittedly, I had a few issues with the front desk that got my stay off to a not so great start and may have made me reconsider future stays. However, when I completed the hotel survey, Mr. Kojro, the Director of Rooms, immediately reached out to me. That level of service is often unheard of, so in turn, I feel no need to elaborate further on this issue, as I feel assured a better service experience will occur in the future. My point in mentioning this at all is to demonstrate that good leadership starts from the top down, and I was very impressed with this gentleman and with my e-mail exchanges with him after my stay. I am a very frequent traveler to Nashville, and I cannot wait to stay here again!

Beyond expectations. Beautiful and immaculate room. Prompt and attentive service. Stay was everything you expect from a Four Seasons property and more complete with unexpected room amenities and an outstanding breakfast experience.

The property is beautiful and the staff professional and knowledgeable. The rooms are comfortable, clean and include amenities. The property is located a few minutes from the very popular Broadway Street.

Bathroom showers not working properly Spa starts late at 9am and closes early at 6pm - particularly for conferences guests it’s inconvenient as they’re busy with conference agenda during the day Written emails to Team, but they don’t bother to even respond

Wow. What an experience at the four seasons Nashville. The entire team took great and personalized care of us. We were greeted by name everywhere we went. Special shout to Christian and Matthew at the pool. Amazing teamwork in making us feel special. Dinner at mimo was excellent thanks to Jess and Mr Reddy.

We loved our time at the Four Seasons Nashville and look forward to our return. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff was so attentive to our every need. It is now my favorite place to stay in Nashville!

I would come back to Nashville just to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is very modern and has everything you need while the employees really complete the experience by being extremely professional, friendly and welcoming.

The service, staff and location to the amenities was superb. Based on our experience and what we observed, you can't go wrong with this choice. They aren't the least expensive option; however, it definitely seems like you get what you pay for here.

The room and bed were very comfortable and lovely and the hotel staff responsive and helpful. The pool area and menu poolside was very good and the breakfast at the hotel was great, albeit expensive. The location is wonderful….close to Broadway, nice restaurants and the river and associated concert arenas.
