Overall the room is nice Because Americans value privacy, they don't have to worry about communal spaces In fact, they are all separate rooms and bathrooms Public space has everything you need, coffee is free, and you can heat things and wash clothes and dry them. The parking lot is also very free. In the end, the staff is very proactive. Recommended!

First of all, know that this hotel has no elevator and there are stairs everywhere. The vreakfast buffet had a nice variety of offerings, both hot and cold. Staff kept it stocked. The room itself was clean and comfortable, except for the couch. It was like sitting on a brick wall. The shower was like no other I have ever seen. It was a walk-in shower. The partition only covered half the shower, so water ended up splashing onto the floor, leaving a big puddle right in front of the toilet. It has a rainshower head, which I hate, and had low water pressure. The rooms are in several buildings, with 4 in each building, 2 downstairs and 2 up. Security for them was great, requiring a room key to enter the building. That being said, ice was only available in the main building, which means a bit of a hike to get it.

Stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2022. Have stayed at surrounding hotels without issue. This hotel had poor customer service. That said; Front desk staff was nice. The breakfast was excellently managed with staff that cared and kept it clean and stocked. Now the bad. Upon check-in I asked if the rooms Are automatically cleaned or if I needed to request. I was told I would need to request - so I did. Arrived in the room it was warm and noticed thermostat was restricted from going any lower than 68. Contacted front desk for additional pillows and a request to lower the minimum on the thermostat. They said they would work on having that done. Arrived back to the room late that night thermostat had not been adjusted nor had the pillows been delivered. Saturday morning. Headed down and had a great breakfast - already commented above. Stopped by front desk to request again the room be cleaned to make sure they put it on the list which each time I saw them write it down. I also asked for the pillows and for the air conditioner please be lowered as temperatures are starting to get hot in Nashville. Upon coming back to the room late Saturday night nothing had been done - room was a mess no towels no shampoo no soap, etc. Room was warm and uncomfortable. Stopped by the front desk they were very nice told me that I would need to talk to the general manager about the issues. They gave me the general managers card. I then returned to the room and wrote a detailed email to the general manager of which to this day four days later I have not heard back from that person. I have also called a couple different times and without a single response. My suggestion is that you stay at a different hotel in the surrounding area. I have stayed in others without issue and there are choices. Rather aggravated that I’ve heard nothing from the general manager. I paid over 300 a night for a miserable experience.

Hotel was just okay. Didn’t get the room we booked. Checked in through the app and chose a room but when we arrived the desk agent said sorry the app was wrong. That kind of put a damper on things because we paid and selected a corner room away from the elevator and main hall. We just moved on and didn’t press the issue. Desk attendant didn’t seem to want to make it right and I wasn’t in the mood to argue. We were just grateful we made it there. Room was good but when your pay a fair amount of money for a hotel like the Hilton it really should just offer standard things. Wi-Fi, parking. Room would have been great with a microwave to warm up food. Refrigerator and iron both had issues. Overall stay was good but not sure we would book with Hilton again.

Could use some TLC in the rooms we stayed. But book your room before hand and you will save at least 40 dollars. Me and my husband stayed here for 2 and a half weeks. We finally figured out that we could upgrade our room. Always book the premium room. They are alot cleaner and alot more space. All and all the bed slept wonderful and the office personal experience was a 7 out of 10. Being 1 the worst. We stayed the 1st few days in 125,which we had not a clue that they offered 3 different varieties of rooms. Then we booked a week in the premium room. Still the beds were exceptional. But the only thing I have to complain about is they dont offer breakfast. And the rooms could use some TLC. I have posted some pictures of the 125 room that we stayed in 1st.
Four Points by Sheraton Nashville - Brentwood

I have been a loyal Marriott customer for many years, pandemic aside. To say I have been disappointed with the product over the course of the past 12 months is a huge understatement! As an example, a recent stay at the Four Points Brentwood Tennessee had feces in the toilet upon check-in. WHAT?!?! Yep! I have not once in my entire history of staying at Marriott properties EVER experienced this. In addition, the property was undergoing a massive and much needed renovation. I was ok with and knew about that, but I did expect a clean room. Even prior to this happening I was considering changing my loyalty to another hotel organization. The Marriott properties I have stayed in recently have all been very tired and in need of dramatic renovations. When I was in Brentwood a week or so ago, the gentleman working the counter in the mornings (very pleasant African-American man, but I failed to get his name) was appalled when I shared my experience. He mentioned he was going to take care of me and provide additional points, even though I did not ask for, nor was expecting compensation. I was merely sharing my experience with him in an effort for the property to be aware. I travel for a living! I do t want, nor need the points….needless to say, no points were added to my account. Over 99% of the Marriott properties I’ve stayed in have been a huge disappointment over the course of the past 6 to 12 months, with limited exceptions. I am not pursuing nor do I want you to insult me, by offering additional points. Why would I want to use points to stay at hotels that do not meet my needs, nor expectations? Horribly, horribly frustrated and disappointed with the product you are providing! Here’s hoping they get it right when the renovation is complete…
