I stayed here for 1 night as our final destination before returning back to the UK after a US road trip and we had an excellent stay. The B&B is a period type building and is furnished as such. It is well kept and very clean. It is aesthetically beautiful throughout. The rooms are large, spacious and cosy. There is lots of cute little extras that even mainstream hotels don’t provide, such as soft drinks in the room fridge, chocolates on the bed, then daily freshly baked cookies and win provided in the communal area. The innkeeper was about at breakfast and she was lovely. The breakfast itself was plentiful and all homemade. The location of the B&B was about a 2 minute walk to the main ‘Downtown’ area, which had ample choice of bars and restaurants. It’s just on the waterfront too and it’s a lovely French style town to walk around. If I was to be picky, our room was on the road side and with the thin walls, it was occasionally loud with passing traffic and the blinds aren’t the best, so the room fills with daylight early on, so is a natural/ early wake up call. Overall we had a lovely stay. Highly recommended and we’d happily stay again.
