A great very well priced hotel to stay after arriving in Sri Lanka before our tour starts. The manager was extremely helpful and nothing is too much.
The breakfast was also excellent.

Except for the remote location, everything else is ok. To get to this hotel, you have to walk a long way. There is no lighting. If you are alone, it is not recommended to stay here. It is too inconvenient to go out. We were told that an additional fee of 50 yuan would be charged. After I complained to Ctrip, Ctrip sent me a red envelope. Thank you Ctrip. Also, there is too much disinfectant in the water of the swimming pool

Well, I had a workation here for 2 weeks. And I had just fallen in love) There's so warm friendly staff, tasty food, comfortable rooms and a house! ❤️ We had a possibility to work outside, near the pool and cool down after each call:) Breakfast everyday was great and delicious (that could be healthy european cousin, or colorful local one). We had found out a lot about local food, people and traditions due to talking with manager 🥰 I'm happy)

Our stay at Emel Boutique Hotel was great. Chandana, the general manager is very friendly and helpful, the rooms where great the, pool was clean and the service is amazing. We had a great BBQ for dinner and a wonderful full English breakfast. Definitely coming back.
