I visit Negril monthly and stay here. It’s not super modernized, but it’s reasonably priced, right on the beach, and has 2 restaurants (1 is open 24 hours) on the beach front, which adds to the convenience. You also get daily housekeeping. I would recommend for travelers who are cost-conscious and want convenience.

The location was great and the staff very polite and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again as I really enjoyed the stay.
The only issue I had was with the WiFi in the room but due to access in the beach it was not too much of a problem

Our small condo is very quaint, with everything we need, except for paper towels which we purchased at the mini mart on the property. The beach is breathtaking, and the water is better than the pictures I’ve seen. It reminds me of Aruba. The people here are very friendly, but are also trying to make a living. Use your brain!!! Today I’m bothered by the smoke and ash from a fire in the nearby swamp. It’s just nature. We got a taxi to the local market today, and our driver was very helpful. Be careful where you shop. Prices can fluctuate greatly between stores. The locals prefer for you to exchange your money to the local currency. On a special note, the pool lifeguard, LISA, has found her calling. She is the most genuine, helpful, and pure soul. She is the epitome of a GOOD person who puts out the most positive energy. I’m so thankful to have met her. I will be back!

I have stayed here MANY times in the past and have Always loved it! This time i feel like the management was trying to scam me, telling me they didnt receive payment for the hotel from ******* when i know it was paid because it already came out of my account. They told me they had no way of communicating with ******* to find out on there end what eas going on and wanted me to give them my credit card. SCAMS...hopefully the owner looks into the people running the rooms! Everything else was great!

It’s was not so much the property. It was the dingy, dirty looking, sheet, towel, and pillows cases. Old furniture. And false advertising on website.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. We loved the beach and ate lunch at the Sand Box cafe just about every day. Very good food and reasonable prices.
