Schönes Wellnesshotel mit Aussicht. Gutes Essen und vor allem ein toller Schwimmteich! Mehrere Saunen Innen- und Außenpools. Hervorragende Massage-Anwendungen. Viele Ladestationen für E-Fahrzeuge. Ruhige Lage am Hang. Zimmer mit Aussicht.

Bereits zum dritten Mal hat uns der Birkenhof absolut begeistert. Es ist einfach eine tolle Wohlfühl-Oase, in der man ganz wunderbar entspannen und runterkommen kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle wahnsinnig freundlich, die Zimmer ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem, der Spa-Bereich hervorragend und das Essen - früh wie abends - herausragend! Das Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Weißwürsten und Pancakes sowie der vielfältigen Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Marmelade und Honig (alles regional oder sogar hausgemacht!) sucht wirklich seinesgleichen. Und das Abend-Menü war bisher noch jedes Mal ein absolutes Gedicht. Wir haben uns wirklich in noch keinem Hotel so wohl gefühlt, wie hier. Deswegen ist der nächste Aufenthalt auch schon gebucht ;) P.S.: Diesmal nicht besucht, aber auch das **-Restaurant Eisvogel im Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Rundum alles hervorragend. Vom Service, zum Essen, Einrichtung, Zimmer. Nicht zu vergessen, das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Da gibt es tatsächlich nichts zu meckern, was ich eigentlich gerne tue :-). ich habe es auch schon ganz anders erlebt.

Zoals de titel aangeeft een prima hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk bij het overdreven af, alsof ze een cursus vriendelijk doen hebben moeten volgen. Het hotel en de tuin zijn leuk ingericht. Het enige wat echt een groot nadeel is aan dit hotel is dat er geen koeling aanwezig is. Niet op de kamers en niet in het restaurant. Dat is in deze tijd erg slecht. Als je kijkt hoeveel geld er uitgegeven is aan wellness en dan ontbreekt de koeling. Zitten genieten van fantastische maaltijden bij een hele hoge temperatuur is gewoon jammer.

Das Essen war wunderbar und auch in den Halbpensionrestaurants "sternewürdig". Die Gartenanlage mit dem Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer im Hauptgebäude war ruhig, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem grosszügig bemessenen Bad.

Alles is perfect; het is onmogelijk iets te vinden dat niet perfect is. Het hotel is smaakvol ingericht en biedt alle mogelijke faciliteiten, zoals sauna, Turks bad, diverse zwembaden, gym etc etc. De staf is buitengewoon vriendelijk en vervult iedere wens snel. Het eten is ook prima: het ontbijt met bediening aan de tafel en heerlijken overvloedig buffet is onovertroffen. Het diner is goed, en komt uit de keuken van het twee sterren restaurant dat ook in het hotel is gevestigd. On top nog een vlakbij gelegen prima golfbaan, waarmee het hotel een tariefafspraak heeft. Enig kritiekpuntje, onze op zich goede kamer was aan de kleine kant. Samenvattend: het tussen Neurenberg en Regensburg bij een klein dorpje hoort ongetwijfeld bij de beste hotels van Duitsland. Uiteraard is het niet hoedkoop maar zeker waar voor je geld.

Thank you for be your guest because the hotel is in a lovely nature. But the hotel concept isn‘t planned for single ladies who search a few days of silent. There are also Business Meetings for a few days. So are a lot of people in the pool area. It‘s funny for the guests, if you like that.

Kein Geheimtip mehr. Früher waren wir Gäste diesesmal nur Kunden. Abgespecktes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer mit Sichtbehinderung statt des gebuchten Seeblicks. Gutes Abendessen und großer Wellnessbereich (Leider sind die meisten Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert). Geärgert hat mich auch dass diesmal niemand zum Geburtstag gratuliert hat. Nach über 5 Jahren streichen wir das Hotel von unserer Liste. Wir wollen keinen Preisnachlass sondern verwöhnt werden. Zum Glück kennen wir gleichwertige Hotels wo wir als Gäste behandelt werden. Nur der Eisvogel ist zu 100% empfehlenswert.
