incredible views,incredible hotel staff -especially the chef receptionist,buse,she's the best always.-,incredible events and one of a kind experience for me. the people are very helpful,the food are just incredible,the physical condition of the hotel and rooms just perfect,you can watch the hot-air balloons on roof of the hotel on early-mornings and i can say it's just surreal. i highly -very very highly- recommend the place and i hope i will come there again!

I wasn't looking for 5 star luxury, just a comfy room to sleep in. It was very reasonably priced, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was lovely, there was a roof terrace which was lovely to relax in. There was a pool, but it didn't look inviting, and access felt good be improved. We booked a shuttle from NAV but when we landed, no one was there. I was there with my 8 Yr old, ad due yo delays, we landed at 8.30pm, so I just got a taxi. The hotel offered to refund the difference of shuttle cost and taxi, which was kind. We booked the red tour with them too, which was great. Location is perfect, literally less than 30 seconds walk to a supermarket and lots of options to eat. Our room was clean, shower was great, cleaned daily. No complaints. Thank you

It was a place that we wanted to see, and I never thought we would have been having so good time. The hotel helped us with the room, although we arrived early in the morning, and it was incredibly good to spend 3 days in the clean hot room after so much of the ice-like air. Workers are generally very sweet sincere and laughing. The breakfast options were too many and incredibly tasty. We were very happy. They were very beautiful as a location. They were very close to the restaurants to be visited within the day. We were very happy that they were at walking distance. We went through a familiar way and they were very helpful with our room choice. And yet we would stay in this hotel. We thank everyone again. Absolutely recommended.

I'm writing this comment a few months (désolé Murat pour le retard ..) after our stay in Cappadocia, but my two friends and I still keep wonderful memories about our four days stay in Takaev Cave Hotel. Everything was perfect, I insist : the room (lovely, confortable, well equipped and cheap), the hotel situation (Uchisar is a pretty little town, with an amazing view on the region from the terrace), the breakfast (complete and delicious) and above all, the staff. As three youngs from Switzerland, we really appreciated Murat's (the hotel owner) efforts to show us where to go hiking in beautiful places. He's been a formidable host, for what we send him great thanks. Same for his team, which has been so helpful and friendly. Thank you again !! To close, I can only recommend the Takaev Hotel to everyone (families, friends, couples, ”routards”, etc.) looking for a unforgettable stay in Cappadocia.

The host is super warm and always welcome with a smile. It was quite late at night while we were searching for some wine options with snacks; we stumbled upon La Vie rooftop. We got Turkish wine with fresh potato chips and many varieties of dry fruits. It was chilly and the owner was kind enough to provide us some rugs to keep ourselves warm. He had given us some souvenirs too. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying at Uchisar. I think they have great accommodation too (we were not staying here but looking at the arrangements it might be worth a try).

We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

One of the proper hotels to stay in Avanos. Hiilton quality is especially felt in the design of the hotel and the rooms. The size, concept and comfort of the rooms are good; however a bit outdated, a bit of renovation would make it much better. The breakfast is fine. I didn't use the pool and spa but it didn't look bad...

- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. From the immaculate cleanliness to the warm hospitality that made us feel like family. combined with the exceptional food, every aspect exceeded our expectations, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful tips and assistance whenever needed. They helped us with all our inquiries about booking tours and hot air balloon rides and ensured even at 3 am we are taken care off. Our hosts exemplified genuine care and attentiveness, creating a welcoming a**osphere that truly made our stay exceptional. Should we come back to Cappadocia, this will definitely be our choice.
