Exceptional Hotel! An Oasis, with lots of greenery in the middle of Chaotic New Delhi. Truly 5-star hotel, excellent OBEROI standard service, friendly staff all the time from check in to check out, super modern and functional facilities, and extremely tasteful decor. Incredible breakfast, with fantastic buffet or a la carte options, the restaurants inside the hotel are wonderful, the rooftop has a super sophisticated bar frequented by super cool people. Absolutely sure if I return to New Delhi, I will stay at this hotel again, I will never forget the indescribable aroma of this hotel and its amenities.

Stayed here for two nights for some work in Delhi. Excellent location, service, rooms and overall experience. This should be your number one choice if you are planning to stay in central Delhi. The staff is very well trained. They are always around without being intrusive.

Estuvimos ya hace cinco años y ha mantenido el mismo nivel de excelencia. Es un hotel moderno pero muy elegante, y con un nivel de servicio y profesionalidad que se ve en muy pocos hoteles del mundo. La cadena Oberoi siempre supera las expectativas mas altas que puedas tener. Sin duda el mejor hotel de Nueva Delhi.

Excellent hotel, the staff were wonderful, they were always there to assist and offer a friendly and great service. The hotel is very central and the food is wonderful. Breakfast was superb. The swimming pool area is very relaxing, with wonderful gardens.

This is our 2nd stay this year and 4th in the last 18 months.Frankly it is like coming home! So many familiar, friendly faces and they all take the time to say "hello", "namaste','Welcome back" etc. This type of personalized, warm service from a large hotel which is always busy and bustling is almost unmatched. It was nice to see Mohair in 360 had moved up in his duties yet retained his courteous manner and caring for the guests. He was especially interested in my not liking a particular dish and wanted constructive feedback! A special thank you to Rajbir in Dhili for taking exemplary care of us and our guests during our dinner A big thank you to Chef Jay Jain for personally ensuring my guests were taken care of despite being very busy. AND making a special thalli of food just before our departure as web were in a rush. He also took time to bring me his mom's spices to try when I complained my daal was not as tasty as his. That is what I call personal!!! Most of all. thank you to Concierge Albert- he rescued me so many times this trip- locate the driver, fix my medicine mix up. help order mithai, photocopy papers for me-- and always with a smile!!! Impeccable cleanliness, service, rooms, food! We had 6 days of such a relaxing time and I literally want to thank EVERYONE. Cannot wait to com back. The Oberoi Delhi is like "Cheers" where everybody knows you r name!!
