Lacking of chair, you should have atleast 2 chairs since we’re couple. Also the couches have a stinky smell.. And the food was a bit unsatisfied. No friedrice at all only plain rice.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool which is located in 32nd floor.

Great experience the staffs are friendly and they are very informative.I like the pool so much.The photos we take at the pool is so instagrammable.I recommend it to my friends.Hoping to come back again soon.

Had a wonderful stay in Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao. Transportation is really convenient. The booking comes with a complimentary Tesla pick-up to the airport as well!

The amenities are super nice. The only problem that i can say is. We dont have any bathroom kit. Specially toothbrush ☹️

I got a room at the lowest floor while I had asked them a higher floor in advanc. The view is terrible. Never saw a 5 star hotel, making thst many clients to wait just because it’s 30 mins before the checkin time. It takes so much time to check in at the end. The gym is ok but still tiny. The room is big. No amenity : no lotion for example. Cheap but without the pool, I don’t know people will stay here. I think next time I’ll pay just a little bit more to stay in Hilton.

Conveniently located above Banqiao HSR/MRT blue line. It’s only one stop away from Taoyuan HSR/MRT. Walking to the hotel takes about 5 minutes to the other side of the road. I had a lovely stay here. Great service by the concierge, front desk and housekeeping. They even call up to remind about housekeeping as the service ends at 5pm. The building is shared with the Hilton on the other side. Likewise, the swimming pool is shared with the Hilton but both have separate gyms on the same level as the swimming pool.

The hotel is clean, rooms is so elegant, location is very near to train station. Pool is great! Everything is great! Will recommend to friends

Great location & neighbourhood, has everything u’ll need including shopping. A short walk to the train station & u can reach the HSR, TRA & mrt. Only thing is that it’s a short distance away from town so expect about 20-30 mins travel time to most places u wanna go downtown. Room is also super spacious and a big bonus with the toilet w 2 sinks! Housekeeping is good but found a baby cockroach roaming about in the toilet so yeah. Hot water is also very good, perfect for winter. Beds are comfy & huge but abit too soft for my old bones so woke up with backache. No room service so be sure to stock up on food if u need at night or u can order ubereats (pls rem to get cutlery!) hotel didn’t even have a pair of chopsticks or fork / spoon to provide us to eat with at night.
