Great budget hotel To stay around Harlem !

Service is pretty good

Very not recommended! ! ! The air conditioner is very loud, but it's not as good as the deafening motorcycle sound outside the window, and the sound of racing cars accelerating, it's like sleeping on the road. I hardly fell asleep all night, even with my ears plugged! The price does not match the location, even more expensive than Times Square.

The service is super good. The handsome black man at the front desk feels very close and helpful. He greets everyone every time he enters and exits. Thank you very much

These guys are the real MVPs. Seriously, they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels like a VIP. From giving me insider tips on the coolest local hangouts to making sure I've got everything I need for a comfy stay, they always come through. And speaking of comfy stays, let me tell you about the rooms. They're cozy, stylish, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plus, the whole vibe of the hotel is just super chill, making it the perfect home base for exploring Harlem and beyond. So, if you're looking for a laid-back spot with killer service right in the heart of Harlem, do yourself a favor and book a stay at Aloft. Trust me, you won't regret it.

This hotel could use some updating. Half of the machines in the gym don't work and the carpets are very old and dingy. The staff is terrific but wish the hotel itself was a bit fresher

Aloft Harlem, was a wonderful place to stay. Each member of the team was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, with a beautiful bar and perfect location. I will be back!

Overall I gave this property 2 stars, because the staff was great & the location was only a block away from the subway so that was great. The first room we were assigned you could smell a strong smoking smell from the hallway, inside the room it was terrible, we had to ask for a room change. The new room’s bathroom was not great, there was mold in the shower. When we would get back to the room at night the lights would not work in the room, it would start working after clicking the light switch a few times. Good things about the property were the staff, how comfortable the bed was and the cleanliness from housekeeping. However the property condition was not so great.

The hotel was okay. It wasn’t great but suited my needs quite well. Room was basic. Wish they had an included breakfast. Very comfortable bed. The night bar was a great featur for relaxing in the evening.

Hotel was not aware that I paid for breakfast, which is a major inconvenience. Hotels and make sure they are up-to-date with the reservations for customers and pay for breakfast in advance. I should not have had to look through 1 million emails to find my proof of paying for breakfast.

The entry was a bit confusing, It would be helpful if there were signs to point to check in and the elevator to get from street level to check in. Staff was fantastic I didn't get a super clean cozy feel from the check in area or the room. I didn't find anything dirty though in my room.
