Nice hotel,near the shopping center , comfortable environment ,yummy food,will come again next time!

It's right next to Times Square, so it's convenient to go anywhere. Breakfast was included, so it was a great stay.

The room was too small, and it was difficult to hear the noise from the park all night long. The hallway carpet was also old and dirty.

The front desk service is good, the breakfast is too simple, I need to order extra

This was my first time in NY, and found this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and our view was decent. In our checkout day, it was raining really hard, but they offered us an umbrella to use! Would book again

Dry small shower. Room was good but you can hear all that’s happening in other rooms and hall way. No coffee in room not in the lobby

Our water for shower in the morning was cold and never got hot. This was not a problem in the evening when likely less showers were taken.

Love this property! Wonderful staff, great location, close by good dining and theaters. Only complaint is they used to have coffee and continental breakfast included and since Hyatt bought they do not offer this.

I think sometimes having over produced photos online backfires— this is a small boutique hotel with small rooms and common spaces but portrays a different image online. Once I appreciate it for what it is, it’s great, but the bar, lobby, lounge, gym are all about half the size you think it is. I had a nice stay though!

Great checkin experience. They have a wine and cheese happy hour at 4 when I got there. Room was really nice and had a functional gym. A little noisy at night but to be expected staying in Times Square.

Would definitely choose to stay here again. Modern, clean, chic, very quiet and peaceful for being so central. Comfortable stay, quaint & all you’d require for checking out the city. It was affordable & The staff were friendly, helpful & kind. Can’t fault it at all really. Would recommend no question.

The physical plant feels old and tired and, in a few corners, even a little gross. No soap available in the room and housekeeping knocked early even with the do not disturb button activated. Front desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t go back.

Our room was warm and no matter how low we set the thermostat it didn’t budge from 77. We ate lunch at your restaurant and the food and service was exceptional.
