Super 8 by Wyndham Brooklyn Williamsburg

Desk clerk looked like he just walk in off the street, no name tag. Some woman came out from the back room "fixing " her shirt and as we were checking in they were getting a good delivery at the same time. Room was dirty. Bathroom spirit in the tub was calling off the wall. Oh and the best is the we found a bag of *****. Which I promptly flushed down the toilet. Could not wait to get out of there.

This particular hotel has a horrible smell when entering the building. Perhaps it is due to the construction that is currently taking place. They do not offer a breakfast only a grab and go when consists of water, milk, granola bars and muffins. If you have an issue and bring it to the attention of the manager he is rude. But on a positive the hotel is directly across the street from Dave and Busters.

This was a very beautiful hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel was under renovation but by the cleanliness of the property you couldn’t even tell. Most definitely would return in the future

I give it a 2 because the room was cute but quaint and clean. That's on first entrance. It should get a 0 because we checked in at about 4, checked out the room, turned on the heat, and went about our business. Luckily we didn't leave anything in the room, because when we got back we were hit by the stench of cologne and the heat was turned off. I thought no harm, nothing was taken, so whatever. Later I got into bed, and there was that stench again on the comforter. Someone had been in the bed and they made it back up. I immediately attempted to call the front desk, but the phone was dead because it seems that the cord was pulled from the wall. I called from my cell to complain and request another room. Reception changed my room quickly, it smelled great, like what my original room smelled like the first room when we first got there The next (this) morning, i spoke to management, and is response was that he will speak to the staff to see who was in there. That never works, who is going to admit that they were in someone's bed? I stayed here because I needed to get away from the crazy of my home, I live 15 minutes away. I could have stayed home and had a more peaceful night I felt to violated.
