At the corner of Canal and Bowery, the hotel is well-located on the edge of Chinatown, close to the Manhattan Bridge, and many eateries and coffee shops. My room had an unblocked view of Midtown and the Empire State building in the distance. There is a rooftop bar which offers panaromic views. My double-bed room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The mattress though was too soft and sinking. There is a working space on the second floor, with lots of natural light, games, sofas, and free flow of coffee and tea until 4 pm, which provides a space for guests to chill and hangout without having to splurge on such things outside. The front desk staff and concierge are always around and very helpful, whether it is to offer to store my luggage until my late flight out, or to call a cab. The hotel provides a coffee-maker, tea kettle, dental kit, room slippers, etc, on request, which is actually a practical move towards sustainability and less wastage.

The location of the B&B is very good, just one minute's walk from the subway station. Although the room is small, it is very clean and the mattress is very comfortable. The boss is very nice. There is free water and instant noodles in the room. It is very good to eat hot noodles when you come back at night.

I made a reservation online for 4 days, and on the 4th day I went to the hotel front desk to renew for 2 more days for a total of 6 nights (renewal on site was very expensive, official website price). During this period, I changed rooms once because the room I got for the first time was too low and had no view. The facilities are rudimentary, and there are no slippers and pajamas. Not to mention that many American hotels don’t have them. The ambient light under the bed in the second room was broken. The wardrobe door was deformed and could not be closed. When the right cabinet door was opened, it would hit the bulge on the top. The air outlet can only be opened to about 60 degrees and cannot be fully opened. The faucet is obviously too short and difficult to use. These are all errors in design and construction, which are outrageous. One night at 1:30 in the morning, the fire alarm in the room announced that there was a fire. After broadcasting it four times, we all planned to run away. Then the broadcast said it was okay. The alarm buzzer and the loudspeaker were loud. The white girl next door said that she immediately went to find a job. Personnel but no one, outrageous. The staff are very good-looking. The design of the hotel space is very good. As we all know, there is no design in the United States, so we come here just for the sense of design. The experience is average. If I go to New York again, I will not come back.

I have lived in NYC 20 years, and occasionally, we like to play tourist in our own city. My husband and I decided to stay a night at the Moxy LES in celebration of my 40th birthday. I even talked another couple who were celebrating with us into getting a room too. I chose this location as I saw the beautiful roof bar advertised and thought it’d be fun to start our night with a cocktail on the roof with a few friends before setting out to my main celebration elsewhere. Having stayed at several other similar hotels in town like Sixty LES, I never had an issue grabbing a cocktail at the rooftop bar. This was not the case here. I arrived with a group of 7 to head to the Highlight Room at around 7pm (wayyy before the nightlife rush!), and was told I had “priority” as a guest of the hotel, but first I had to commit to spending $350 for us to come up. Don’t advertise your bars as an amenity of the hotel if they are not freely accessible to guests. What if my friends just wanted a nice lemonade and to check out the view?? I guess they’re not welcome or that’s a lot of lemonade we’d have to buy! Just to note: Loosie’s, the club in the basement of the hotel with the “no-attitude dancefloor” — to quote the hotel website — is notoriously snooty at the door, and guests of the hotel are not prioritized for entry there either. We had other plans that night so didn’t even bother, but word to the wise. As for the room: Yes, they’re small. Expected in NYC, and was fine for us since we were only staying 1 night, but I would not want to stay here longer than a couple days. There is no real closet. Just a few hangers on a bar on the wall (some under the television!) so your clothes kind of have to hang flat against the wall. There are cubbies under the bed for storage. Not ideal in such a tight space. I stubbed my toe on them more than once. Maybe I’m clumsy or maybe it’s just a bad design! The light situation is super weird. I don’t know if our lighting was accidentally installed incorrectly, but in order to turn the bathroom light on, you had to have the main room light on. The main room light could be turned on separately. So basically, if you needed to go in the middle of the night, you either had to pee in the dark or turn on the lights of the whole room while your partner is sleeping! (Possible we didn’t see another light switch somewhere but I’m pretty sure the only switches were 2 by the door.) Toiletries: The shower had 2 pump bottles (sustainable. I respect that!) — but one was filled with a shampoo/body wash combo — and the other conditioner. I would expect something a bit more luxe even for a 4 star hotel — and certainly a separate shampoo and body wash! There was no lotion, which is usually standard in even the Holiday Inn. There was one small bar of soap for hand washing. No places to hang towels. I had to throw mine over the top of the shower door. Towels were pretty scratchy too. They do have a steamer and hair dryer. Bless! There was no fridge

Every inch of land is very expensive, probably hotels in New York are expensive and small😀 The room is small, the air conditioner is too loud, and the hot water is not hot enough Sanitation needs to be told to the front desk one day in advance The general environment is very general, and the surrounding environment is similar to domestic second- and third-tier towns The pursuit of comfort and careful consideration of the environment The experience is too average

Perfect hotel, at the right price, in the coolest part of NYC. Room is as small as it could be, but not too small to be comfortable and efficient. Staff is happy and helpful. Everything is clean and new. Bar upstairs has 360 views and good vibe. ”Living Room” (which replaces traditional lobby with a comfortable place to hang out, is great for work, meeting friends, having a coffee.

Because of the UN meeting, accommodation in the Isle of Man in New York is too expensive. I searched for this hotel on a redbook. When I first arrived at the door, I thought it was a dirty and messy street, but it was actually a very clean, smart and comfortable hotel. It is an 8-minute walk from the main shopping street of sohh, and takeout can also be delivered. Breakfast is served with a cup of coffee and a bread (optional type). Croissants and chocolate croissants are recommended. They are very delicious and can be heated by the staff. I stayed for a total of 7 days. It was clean and hygienic. The bed was very comfortable, soft and refreshing. The room was also equipped with a Bluetooth speaker. Before booking, check the room type and cleaning service in advance, and choose according to your needs. There are also family rooms. It is really a treasure hotel, highly recommended. You can contact the store directly on a certain book, and you can also book on the official website.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The entire staff is incredible. The General Manager, Morgan, personally greeted us and gave us a rundown of the hotel, and every other staff member we saw during our stay was as helpful and friendly. The location is perfection if you are attending the festival. The rooms are spotless, no carpeting at all which is a huge plus for us and our horrible allergy’s, but also in terms of cleanliness. Rooms are perfect for a small stay. Water pressure is strong another big plus. Everything is modern and new, nothing dated here. The hotel has a rooftop area where you can bring a bottle of wine and relax with takeout from any of the incredible restaurants that are in walking distance. This hotel is a must if you are a foodie as you can get to all of little Italy and Chinatown in minutes on foot. Added bonus, tons of great salons in Chinatown for wash and blowouts and mani’s and Pedi’s. And all kinds of shops with Korean Skincare. Lastly, we all know how tough it can be to get a cab in that area, NobleDen has shuttle service to airport and Port Authority.

Outstanding
Pros: • The interiors are lush; the reception is small but does the job; the Swan Room (where I had breakfast) a true highlight; and the guest-only room on the second floor wonderful. • The bathroom was really good, it was spacious, clean, and the shower worked very well. Nice and simple, clean and tidy, spacious and nicely decorated. • The hotel has a boutique feel. The lifts are padded and very atmospheric • The bed was super comfy as were the pillows and the duvet. I was so comfortable. • The amenities were very good with water in the room, well stocked mini-fridge, and slippers and a bathrobe. • The hotel restaurant is a vibrant restaurant (Corner Bar) where I had a couple of good meals. • The location for the the museums I was interested in (The Tenement Museum and the Merchant’s House) • The staff’s friendliness was a little bit up to them, but some went above and beyond to get me on time to where I was going. Cons: • The room was very small and with two suitcases it was impossible to get stuff organised. There was hardly any wardrobe space, some hangers only and now shelves at all. Very limiting and I was travelling solo. If I was travelling with someone it’d be impossible. • As above, no cupboard, and hardly any wardrobe space • I don’t like food in the room so the cookies on the side table were not great for me. • The service was good, but my things kept moving. For one, my bed things were in two small bags, and they kept going on little excursions around the room daily. Once, instead of on the bed they were on the windowsill. Another time on the desk. I’m used to having my bed things kept on the bed after the bed is done. Similarly, I put the robe away from the hook by the toilet, but it kept reappearing there. • The slippers are flip-flops, not great and not very comfortable, didn’t use them. • There was loud music on when I came into the room, and I had to call the reception to find out how to turn it off. Some may find it atmospheric. I’m sound sensitive so it was uncomfortable. • The area is a little bit incongruent with the price point of the hotel. I found it a little intimidating particularly on my first night and it prevented me from my usual post-dinner walk. • As a solo traveller, I found the service in the Swan Room and the Corner Bar a bit of a hit and miss particularly in the evening. I was always offered an inferior table. When asked to be moved, I had to go through the rigmarole of ‘let me ask my superior’. This happened once even when the Corner Bar was empty and I early for my dinner. At the Swan Bar I just felt that larger parties were prioritised. • I was only told about the guest-only room on the last night which was a shame.

The location in Chinatown, a couple of blocks from Little Italy, is great, within easy walking distance of numerous nice, varied restaurants, bars and attractions. The room was clean and the mattress and pillows comfortable (Deluxe King with City View - we could see One World). The staff are pleasant and helpful, and they offer transfer to JFK airport for £72 cash, including tip (payable in advance), which is good value. 24 hrs notice is required. It was a nice vehicle and the driver was early (we booked for 5.45am). The only downside, and it's a major one, was the room temperature. The air conditioning in the room is controlled by the hotel, not the guests. If you want them to change it you can ask. We were there 3 nights. Didn't get much sleep on the first night because the room temperature was set at 70 Fahrenheit and there was a sheet and a heavy duvet on the bed. It was either too cold or too hot. We asked for a lighter duvet but they didn't have any. I asked for the temperature to be turned down the next day but when we went to bed it was set at 72 Fahrenheit. We slept under sheets for the next 2 nights but weren't particularly comfortable. If a hotel can't provide the conditions for a good night's sleep then it's failed. It's simple. Allow guests to control the temperature in their room. Give them a sheet, a light duvet and further bedding they can use if they're cold.

I stayed with my best friend for only 3 nights and everything was perfect! The room was very cute with enough space, it has everything that you need before you go out and explore the city. Everything was very clean and the location is amazing! There are a lot of bars and coffee shops nearby, you can’t beat that! Also the staff was super nice, there is people in reception 24/7 and they are great! Totally coming back

GGuest UserSo staff were helpful. Easy to get to from airport. AC worked in room. Room decently clean. Bed ok on comfort. Breakfast was ok (coffee and eggs decent). I appreciated the water dispenser and coffee out all day. There are restaurants around, but predominantly Chinese or Asian food. The gym is not a good thing--2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, one bike, free weights (tv monitors only working on 1 elliptical and 1 treadmill). No AC in weight room, so VERY hot workout. No disinfecting wipes in gym. No AC in entrance or eating area. The business next door smells of rotting fish. No stairway access to Lobby or 1st floor breakfast area. Couple of blocks to subway.

MMINGZHETo 21 To 21 To 21 This is important, Otherwise you want your parents to send an email to their seat in this hotel My brother and I arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m., it took a long time to get this done (proving that your parents are your parents, and they know that you are staying in this place), I only knew when I arrived Then the hotel staff and Ctrip customer service were very patient (but we were very impatient until we finally touched the bed at 4 o'clock). Eat a lot around, and there are a lot of subway exits around, very convenient Chinatown is less than 1 km away and very close. Problem: clean inefficient Did not change anything for two days (such as bath towels, bed sheets, etc.) I went to the front desk to get the reaction, but I still did n’t get it, as if I ran off at the point (but Americans seem to be the case) I want to adjust the air conditioner, but the air conditioner is locked, and the window can only open a small opening Although New York is very cold in winter and the wind is not very small, the heating inside is really too strong. I just started to enjoy it naturally. I came back to sit for half an hour at night. The house is small. use. In addition, if it is a twin room, you may have to buy a row socket ... because all the sockets are far away from you (by the toilet bed). Extra bed is estimated to change rooms, and the other bed is not very large. I didn't order breakfast, and I highly recommend eating out myself, anyway, there are many restaurants around, such as a fried chicken at two street corners, and the noodle shop next to pangolin (I don't remember the name). There is no parking lot, and the cars are all parked on the street. Although soundproofing is ok, it is not suitable for children (the next floor is a bundy). Also this hotel is more suitable for couples Hey, don't mention how embarrassing my brother and I are. After entering the door, the big brother at the front desk didn't look at me properly. Then I stayed for a few days and found that except for the two of us are couples, there are two of our single dog Alas.

YYUQINGThe hotel is in Chinatown, close to Little Italy, and the surrounding environment is average, but it is convenient to buy some milk tea to eat and drink. It's a bit far to go to the museum. It's convenient to live near the Empire State Building. The hotel itself is quite new, except for the small rooms and no tables, everything is fine and cost-effective.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because of the price and location which is near Mt Sinai Beth Israel hospital. It was a rainy day and the hotel was easy to find. It is located at a corner. You go up a short flight of stairs and reach the small lobby. Front desk ladies are very professional and pleasant . Lobby was bare bones with a small seating area and a stand with some NYC brochures. The room was pretty basic. Doors had a good lock. Our Full Bed was clean , pillows were nice, plump enough and fresh and the white bed sheets were fresh and nicely starched. Air conditioner was newer and worked very well and the bathroom was also very clean. It was a relief to come to a nice cool room with a clean bed after a long day of walking around. However it isn’t a luxury hotel. The paint job on the walls is fresh but is poorly done and one of the black out curtains had one hook missing so the edge was dangling. The closet had an ironing board but no iron . The coffee table had one mug and a couple of packet of instant coffee and cream but no coffee maker. Turns out you have to walk to the front desk and ask for the iron and coffeemaker if you needed one. There was a small lcd TV which was working. There were two clean white bath towels in the bathroom but no hand towels . At least the towels were clean and fresh. The floor , shower curtain and the tub was also newly scrubbed and very clean. Toiletries were sp**** . One single bottle of shampoo. They were out of soap bars. I had to go to the front desk and ask for more towels and another bottle of shampoo which they apologized for but gladly provided. So, would I go back again in the future? Yes. For one night it is more than what I need. It is a clean basic bed and shower place to crash into after a long day of walking. If I had to stay more than a night I would bring my own soap and coffee maker next time.
