"We absolutely loved our stay at The Sea Stay Hat Yai and will definitely be back! We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was amazingly spacious. It can comfortably accommodate 5–6 people, and honestly, even more if needed. The open floor space is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to move around and relax. The hotel is newly opened, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We love its simple yet cozy boutique style. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. A special thank you to Skate, the owner’s daughter, who runs the hotel. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable with her genuine hospitality. The hotel’s main entrance closes at 6:00 PM, but don’t let that worry you. Guests are given clear instructions on how to enter through the side door after hours, and everything is easy and convenient. The location is excellent too! It was within walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to visit, including restaurants, cafés, markets, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Hat Yai. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and friendly boutique hotel, we highly recommend The Sea Stay. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Hat Yai!"

"Service of the staff is good . House is big and clean . Allow at least 8 persons but one thing not so convenient is bathroom 🚽 only downstairs not suitable for old people. Microwave , fridge and smart TV is available to use 😊. Reasonable price 👍"

It's conveniently located near food options and not far from the mall. Every time I visit Hatyai, I choose to stay here – honestly, I've lost count of how many times!"

"Very new, spacious room with a soft, comfortable bed and a pleasant scent. It has karaoke, plenty of complimentary drinks in the fridge, and free snacks. There are also plates, bowls, and cutlery. The room was well-priced, and the staff were lovely and provided excellent service. The only thing that needs improvement is the drain smell coming from the bathroom."

"The hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end."

"A perfect place to stay. This place exceeded my expectation. I am beyond words. We travelled by car and we got to rest at this place. It was a landed property, we parked our car right in front of the house, easy to load off our luggages and away from the busy road and crowded place. It is not that far from central hatyai. With affordable price, you can get a house or a junior suite! WILL BOOK IT AGAIN DEFINITELY!"

"1. The location is good; there's a massage parlor right across the street, so you can head straight back to the hotel to relax afterward! 2. The restaurant next door was delicious; I only found out it was a recommended place after eating there. It was cheap and tasty. 3. The hotel decor is new. Even though it's a budget hotel, it has everything you need in a standard room, plus it even provides universal adapters, which many other hotels don't. 4. The soundproofing isn't the best, possibly due to it being an older building, but it's still acceptable."

"The hotel is newly opened, everything looks perfect. It's quiet and very clean, suitable for families and solo travelers. However, there's no sign out front yet, so it's a bit hard to find on map apps."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and other facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided good service throughout my stay. For the price, I think the hotel offers very good value for money.👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️ The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it can be a little inconvenient if you are staying on a higher floor, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again."
