I always have fun at this hotel but the suite we were in was fairly dated. Immediately it had an odor of stale air, like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while. The shower water pressure was very low and there wasn’t much hot water, I would say barely enough to rush a 6 minuet shower. Staff is helpful and accommodating. The lay out of the rooms is lovely and spacious. I really like the front facing window so I was a little disappointed when we got the only room tucked in a corner with no window. Overall I like this space but it could use a face lift

My stay was good - the only unfortunate thing was I was only there for 4 hours - just a quick cat nap while traveling. Wish I was there longer - it was beautiful - wonderful size room and very comfortable.

Let me first say the positives. I liked the following: breakfast (the omelets were delicious), the snacks at happy hour and the drinks. I did not like the smell of the room when I first walked in the room. The carpets were dirty. The refrigerator did not work, I had to call for repair. When I checked in the woman that checked me in was rude. I asked her twice how much my card would be charged and she finally told me $100.00.

Everything was great only negative was I couldn’t do online check in. But other than that great experience will definitely be back

Only thing that I can say is that the pool was closed due to some glass “cutting “ someone I’m here with my daughter and some of her cheer friends and they were really looking forward to go swimming

I had to switch rooms because the first room had a smell and the lamps were broke. The room was completely dark. Which was very inconvenient because I was tired after my long drive. Also, the elevators was broke the whole weekend I had to take the stairs. I’ll never start at the hotel again.

The hotel desk people were wonderful. There was no housekeeping for my two night stay. The room was dirty. The toilet had paper under the lid hinges that had turned yellow. (Maybe to catch a leak??) There was hair in the shower, mold beginning to grow in the corners. The couch cushions had what looked like caked on chocolate spills? The carpet looked dirty. It really needed a deep cleaning!! The elevator had waded up paper and a used plastic cup.

I love this hotel very clean only problem only 1 evelator worked and that was a lil inconvenience but other then that great stay as always

Super late check in time, one working extremely dirty and slow. Unsupervised kids running and screaming in the hallways. Poor sound proofing. Room cannot be aired out from the very concentrated and smelly cleanning solution fumes.

As always, a great stay. A bit on the super contemporary side with stiff squared off couch in the room. No "comfortable" chair to sit it in the double room suite.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient to the highway, town and university. The only disappointment was that the audio wasn’t working properly on several machines in the fitness center.

I would give this hotel experience a 5 Star rating except that I was disappointed that the king size bed only had one nightstand and I had to improvise to create something that I could use on my side of the bed. Also, the sofa bed does not provide a small table for a lamp or a place to keep a book / water bottle. All else was exceptional especially the service!

This is the second time staying in this location, and we enjoyed it both times.

I did not like this hotel everything was horrible the pool was dirty the was molded and peeling. The hot tub didn’t heat because it was broken according to maintenance! I would like my money back!
