Emerald Bay Hotel & Spa Nha Trang Reviews

We booked a family room with a sea view. Is a connecting room with one twin room & one king room. Air conditioning in both rooms are warm/hot and not cooling, and one of our toilets has a bad scent, the water temperature is not stable (suddenly switch to super hot mode), and there’s an issue with floor drain as well. Please remember to check if they provide two bottles of mineral water in the room because they charged us when they only provided one bottle on the first day (our mistake for not checking as well). In terms of location, it's about a 5-10 minute drive to Nha Trang center, and there are a few local restaurants and mini-markets around, which is very convenient. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

We stayed for almost 10 days. The room is clean, the breakfast is very complete. I’m the rooftop there’s a small gym and a pool with a view of the beach. The location is also very good very close to the main beach in Nha Trang.

This is the hotel I stayed at two years ago when I visited alone. This time, I went with friends and reserved a connecting room. It was great. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. There was a swimming pool and a gym. The staff were very friendly. They even ordered food through Grab and bothered me with various things, but they were very friendly. I will use this hotel again when I go to Nha Trang. See you again, staff.

Hotel on the firm 4. We stayed for 8 nights, the room was upgraded with a sea view, but the sea was partially visible, there was another hotel in front of us. The service staff is good. They cleaned every day, but they didn’t wash the floors on the balcony, and they didn’t wash the mugs and plates either. The bed linen is clean, but the blanket is already washed out, all the stuffing is crumpled. The breakfasts are all the same, but you can find something to eat. Pho soup is always delicious, eggs were cooked in 5 ways to choose from. The disadvantages are the very cold pool, only 4 sun loungers around the perimeter, there is sun only in the morning. The advantages include a private area on the beach with sun loungers, if there weren’t enough sun loungers, they gave you a mattress from a sun lounger. Taxi doesn’t get to the hotel well, since the driveways are narrow and filled with taxis. There is everything you need nearby, shops, cafes, massage. The bar on the 27th floor was not open, but you can come with your own food and sit with a beautiful view

The service is very good, water, tea, coffee are replenished every day, and the room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is delicious, with about 30 dishes. I stayed for 4 days and changed rooms in the middle of the day. I forgot to collect my mobile phone charger and ran out to play 😂😂 The hotel attendant helped me find it. Very good value for money and just across the street from the beach. The breakfast variety is relatively rich, and there is a chef who specializes in making eggs. There are also many fruits. Very clean and bright. The hotel also provides beach loungers free of charge. There is a swimming pool upstairs. Although it is not big, you can swim even if there are not many people.

A very good hotel, there was nothing to compare it with. The breakfast is varied, the room is clean. It’s not directly in the center, but a huge plus is that there are sun loungers and towels on the beach, there were plenty of places. There is a gym and swimming pool freely available.

The swimming pool is on the roof, not big but clean and hygienic. The sea view is half blocked by the building in front. The breakfast is very rich and the service of the staff is very good. There are also beach loungers. You can find them by looking for them on the beach with the hotel's business card.

This was one of two hotels we stayed in during our three week trip to Nha Trang. To be honest, I regretted that I changed it. Pros: - excellent mattresses, truly superb - own beach with sun loungers and towels. At first I decided there weren’t enough sunbeds for two hotels, but there were never any problems with availability. - good breakfasts, it would be great to add cheese for toast - friendly staff. Check out was extended by an hour and a half. The hotel is not in the very center, but I liked the location more, it was quiet and comfortable. Small pool. Minuses: In the evening, but while the pool was still open (20 minutes before closing), the staff poured bleach for disinfection. He poured it and left. I accidentally saw that if we had arrived 5 minutes earlier, my daughter would have entered it (( Upon check-in, we received instructions with an urgent requirement to check the availability of items in the room. Seriously? Should I count my coat hangers and prove that I'm not a thief? In a hotel that gives itself 5 stars for booking and trip?)

The location is a bit vague, but it's nice because it has a private beach. The swimming pool is just okay.

This is a really good hotel for the price. Breakfast omelet and rice noodles are delicious. Cleaning condition is good. The swimming pool and exercise facilities are well maintained. Umbrellas and towels are available for free rental on the beach. Cons: Grab costs 50,000 to 70,000 dong to get to the city center.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, we thought of staying there for a couple of days but then extended it for more. Value for money👍they organize a transfer for an additional fee

The room size is okay, but the elevator is a bit slow. I often have to wait for the elevator when I come back. It's a little bit not soundproofed. Sometimes it's noisy downstairs, or if you return to the room next door too late, you can hear the noise in the corridor. The swimming pool is a bit small, but considering the low price, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.
