Nice room with partial ocean view. Good Breakfast, mostly Asian but with omelet station. Small gym but no one used it but us. Pool was cold but so was the weather. Windy and rainy. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Front desk staff and bellman exceptionally helpful. Arranged train tickets for us, opened my wine, and helped us order KFC on the grab app All staff very attentive. Kudos to Tranh, Khanh, Van and Vinh front desk/bellman

The location of hotel is good and faced the beach which you can easily to have a walk on the beach any time. However, due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the SPA service in the hotel was closed and included the gym and other game facilities. By the way, the owner of the restaurant at 3/F was very friendly and kindness to all the guests.

Hotel room clean and spacious. AC worked well. Bathroom clean and the shower had good pressure. The housekeeping staff were like ninjas - never had a room serviced so quickly. The minibar was never on. Has a lovely pool on the 6th floor but the pool staff aren’t very welcoming. They seemed very reluctant to provide towels and were very proactive about taking them the instant you took a step away from the pool side (we were actually headed in the direction of the towel station). The included breakfast was really nice (especially the fresh fruit) but I would get coffee elsewhere. The location was a bit away from the actual centre and food. Definitely walkable. There are an enormous amount of affiliated taxis always at the front and a seemingly busy “karaoke massage” establishment on the side of the hotel. Where this hotel really didn’t do well was customer service. They were unable to answer questions about their room facilities (we had a small, easily rectified issue that they refused to come up and look at), the pool staff were rude and were happy to let conference guests be extremely loud until all hours, interfering with guests’ sleep.

We stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

1. Everything is new. It's clean. 2. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind that it makes you feel uncomfortable!! 3. The location is a little far from downtown. Taking Grab downtown costs about 50,000 to 70,000 VND. 4. The view of the 31st floor roof pool is quite nice as it has a view of Vinpearl Island. 5. Listen carefully to requests. 6. Breakfast is okay. (The rice noodles are delicious and the orange juice is very, very good!!!!) 7. There are no shower balls or conditioners among the amenities. 8. I didn’t see any Koreans lol 9. The drain in the shower room is a bit slow. 10. If you want a complete ocean view, avoid suites when choosing a room type. (This is a side view) Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel. First of all, everything is clean and new. It's a bit far from the center, so it's a bit far to walk. I recommend it if you want a city tour of Nha Trang rather than relaxation like a resort. I will come back on my next trip to Nha Trang!!

I want to share the impressions of the hotel. One of the sites promised a new hotel in 2017. Building. Vraki. The hotel simply changed the name. In it made cosmetic repairs, apparently changed the owners and the old name. From the central street and the sea, respectively, it is near, literally 10 steps. Nearby there are many cheap restaurants.Also good. We were brought from the plane early, the girl at the recipe asked $15 to give the key immediately, not wait 12 hours. We agreed for $10/ Key gave to the room on the 9th floor with one bed. We went down and changed to the room with two beds. (What, for nothing, is the ”bribe” shaken? ! ) The bonus turned out that there is a balcony in the room on the 5th floor! Yes, there are two chairs! Next. The TV is flat, on the wall.There is a Russian 1st channel(who is interested), there are a couple of children's channels, there are no music at all. All channels (except Russian) in Vietnamese.Conditioner and still fan on the ceiling. The room has a fan, a teapot, teapot cup. No tea-coffee packages, the refrigerator is empty. Beds are large, half-six. Towels changed every day, sheets never. Under the beds dust probably from the hotel's removal into operation. Walls are spotted and even ceiling, but no one washs. Walls are cardboard, hearing is chic. The same ”carton” doors are very hard knocking and banging when closing.Over the door is made glass for something. In the corridor green is burning the inscription of the exit, but from it light in the room at night. The windows are plastic, but the glass package is single, Therefore, the noise inside the hotel was very well added from the street. The silence on the street comes only after 24 hours of local time. Again, another hotel is on the opposite side, and that means the light from its signature also shone in our windows. The curtains are made with luvers(such metal-made holes) so they were badly closed the light from the street. In short, the night in the room was very bright. I had to sleep with an eyelid. Sunuzel. Wide. The showers of 2 types of leaks, plus a tap, plus a washing tap near the toilet. No clutches. When taking the shower, water is spilled just not to the door. Staff leaves the trap(tissue), but not always. Somehow they took the other one and didn't put the other. We went to the room, took them themselves. Can't report toilet paper. The ventilation moves don't clean either. There's a piece of dusty gray on top of the head.Of the toilet facilities:Tooth brushes with paste, hairdressed,macipusne piece of tonisne soap. There are no shower hats, there are no sewing equipment either. Rosetta. Rosetta is only between beds. Status is bad. I took(reading reviews) my extension for 3 nests.In local rosettes a valve of the phone rope was very heated. Wai fai is good, password changes once a week. Breakfasts. Eggs are not every day. Exhibit rice with vegetables, potatoes with chicken chewed with a pot, there is some liquid (rice probably) soup, sublimated noodles, once was pasta.To them sausages and ham. Coffee tea. To them: sugar, cough, orange and strawberry

Been here with my family last week and it's really good for us especially is my kids (they enjoyed the beds so much) Let's talk about positive point first: * Good location very close to the public beach * clean and tidy room * Good swimming pool on top * Good breakfast with international buffet in the morning * good price for every extra service in hotel (laundry, food, drink) And now is negative things or things to be improve : * bellman team should be proactive to support the guest with the luggages especially is the family with children. * in my room the TV remote was under the bed and the smell of paint is still around. So should be checked before let the guest check in * the information within departments is not consistent ( the waitress said we can order food but the receptionist said no we can't) * hopefully whole team can smile better cause we could invest alot of money for a beautiful hotel and of course we cost nothing for a smile We be back to see the improvement of hotel!

This homestay is my first attempt to book a room online. I think the location is OK. Our family of three departs from Cam Ranh Airport and it takes about 45 minutes to reach the homestay by taxi. There are many taxis at the airport. It is also very convenient, and the location of the apartment is also easy to find, so there is no need for airport shuttle or anything.

We were in March 2019.Budget hotel with everything necessary. We had 2 rooms, suite and standard at the same time. Suite, of course, no claims. Panoramic windows on the sea, separate bedroom and living room with leather furniture. Everything is beautiful and convenient. Besides that the road is under the windows. And this is the Vietnamese road. And there is always a sound of constantly signaling vehicles except the traffic gul. From the very 5am! Noise isolation is zero. And the standard is a number as a cell, a mahoney, a window somewhere at the level of the head. Only if you have a night out, you can say ”good.” Breakfast is good enough, there is everything necessary. The pool is no, small and cold, not bathed. In the evening there everyone sits with food) Just wipe) The altar is worth. Elevators work normally. Big plus is location. Cafes, shops, center of Nyachang Lotos, all in a pedestrian availability. Through the road of the city beach and Gorky Park. There is a good paid pool. In case of cold or stormy sea. There is a cafe where you can be in the pool for free when buying food. The city beach as a whole, clean, cheeslongs are paid, but in March the sea was cold for me. If you came for the sun and the sea, this hotel is quite suitable for a night out.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

I had stayed there twice a year yet for my vacation. This hotel was a comfortable place to staying in, joying a view of the sea and chilling out in whole. The beach was located in front of the hotel. You should only cross out the street to reach it. Be careful of Vietnamese traffic, raise your hand and go slowly. If you have a bike, there is no problem getting to any destinations that you need from a hotel. You should know that the hotel has small parking only for bikes. It seemed that it was only for their staff. But an administrator can allow you to park your bike. Our room was large, so we could do yoga exercises in front of the window. At night when everything is getting ready for sleep, you can hear the noise of the sea. For me, the person who loves quiet, it was unusual. Luckily, those days were packed, as soon as my head touched a pillow I fall asleep after some minutes.

Our plane was delayed, so we arrived late. Fortunately, we were not far from the airport. We arrived in less than an hour. The service at the front desk was enthusiastic and attentive.
