The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. Perfect location, just in front of the sea. After 9pm it's becoming loud because of the lounge bar on the beach. Pay attention to that before booking if you care about that. Breakfast were included and that was so delicious. Buffet, so you can choose any food and drinks you want to. The only minus for me was a Wi-Fi. It was disconnected every 10 min. However, they have a good WiFi at the lobby. They provide towels and there's free lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests. They speak English, someone more that others, therefore they find someone to help you.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 6 nights. The front desk team and its manager Mr Thi were impressive and therefore I would like to write this review to appreciate them. They cared for our stay, responding to our requests promptly, greeting us everyday, talked to us like friends and helping us making local calls. The hotel looked new and clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good and many restaurants nearby. However, there was a construction site next to the hotel that started work very early and sometimes finishing late at night. So there might be some noise if the room is near to the construction site.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Stiamo alloggiando proprio adesso in questo hotel,prenotato ieri dopo essere scappati dall altro pessimo hotel in cui eravamo(ed era in 5 stelle) Devo dire onestamente uno degli hotel migliori in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Vietnam. L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. Hotel ben al di sopra degli standard visti senza contare L ottimo prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,avete confermato La magnifica ospitalità vietnamita. Una menzione particolare alla receptionist giovane ma preparata e con un ottimo livello di inglese

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

I like the decoration of the hotel very much, the front desk and concierge service are good, smiling. Booked an ordinary room, but seen from the balcony, the sea view on the left and the city view on the right. We are two rooms and we have connected rooms. The BUT guy is a bit tricky. After we entered the room, we locked the door, and the children played in the friend's room. After a while, we went out directly from the friend's room. The door of China Unicom was closed by friends. . After returning, the most embarrassing thing in the world appeared. Both doors were closed. The one that can be opened with the room card is locked, and the other door has no handle and no lock hole. The manager on duty looked at it for a while, but couldn't find the engineering department. The engineering department waited for a while, so we wondered how to ”pry the door”. Finally a friend used a card to pry open the door of the Unicom door. Then the problem comes again, so prying the door is so easy, there is no sense of security. . If the acquaintance next door is not horrible. Then we picked up a bunch of car keys under the bed. Alas. The roof has a swimming pool and perfect sunset. Breakfast was also very good. There are many Korean guests. Of course, there are countless Korean guests throughout Nha Trang. After reading the comments, there is a building under construction next month. Indeed, a few months have passed and construction is still underway. Fortunately, the noise is not great, so it has no effect.

The water for shower was broken, so it was difficult to shower. I booked two rooms, but both of them were canceled because the water for sour was broken, so I canceled all the reservations I made for 3 nights and 4 days. The staff at the reception are friendly.

The location of the hotel is good, 5-10 minutes to the beach or stop (routes 2,3,4,6) and, at the same time, is quite removed from the road. This is very weight, as the noise isolation in the hotel is crying - the neighbor watches TV, or the staff discusses something in the kitchen or in the laundry, or someone from the top washs - everything is heard.The window in the room is, but it is in the ventilation mine, One of the reasons for the weakness of noise isolation. The room is cleaned daily: wash the floor, change the towels, fill the hygiene (shoulder shampoo, soap, once toothbrushes and toothpaste). The staff is responsive and kind, but in Russian does not speak, but understands the word in five, with English easier. So Google translator and camera you are helping, problems are solved quite quickly. Breakfast: A decent number of dishes for choice, in 12 days two dishes changed; prosthetic average (if compared to cafes and restaurants), but saturated; quality 4 out of 5 especially liked the oat cache and ”sup with pig” (I do not recommend ”soup fo with chicken” - badly cleaning feathers). Veranda didn't work, said it was planned to build additional floors. P.S. Very convenient hotel for those who plan beach holidays and those who plan active holidays. P.S. My holidays, in general, succeeded. P.S.I apologize to the hotel staff if my review contains a lot of criticism, but wrote everything as it was on 13-24 February.
