The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Stayed here with my husband in a king suite. Staff was friendly and the room was perfect for the 2 of us.

The location is good near the waterfall, the surrounding environment is also OK, the room is not very good, there is a smell inside, and the breakfast is not very good, but the location is good, and the choice is very cost-effective.

The hotel is very close to the Great Falls. It is a typical American economy hotel with a double bed room. It is very comfortable to take a shower and sleep. Breakfast includes bread, muffins, cereal, bananas, coffee...

It's very convenient to go shopping at fashion outlets on Boxing Day. Good service, breakfast included, relatively simple. But the room seems to have been renovated not long ago. The bed is very comfortable, but the heater is a bit noisy.

Overall not bad

Well, it might be near to Niagara Falls (a 10-minute drive) but that raunchy smell of the room, was something, not tolerable. Also, the chairs were sticky and dirty, you don't wanna sit on them. One can see with its naked eyes, why they are still keeping it? Check-in was smooth, got the room on the 2nd floor, but the moment you entered the room, the smell hit you like anything and you will be like, shall I ask to change the room? 20-year-old dirty carpets, you can vacuum it, but what to do with old stains? it will always be there. go for deep cleaning folks... It was an okay stay, got some breakfast (Same typical stuff, fructose syrup called Juice, bananas, pancake, etc..) A small heated swimming pool is there too but we did not use it.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. When we checked in, we were given keys to a room someone was already in. When we went to the front desk, he just said oops my bad. Gave us another room. About 2 hours later, someone else entered our room with a key! At 8:30 at night. Went to the front desk and they said it was housekeeping. My daughter and I no longer felt safe at this hotel. We got a refund and went to a different hotel.

Fine if you are just needing a spot to rest your head for the night. The rooms are very basic motel rooms, nothing special. There is a playground and pool that I am sure the kids would enjoy and they even had blow up raft for them to use

Hotel is in a really good location, it's only four miles from Niagara Falls New York. The rooms are very clean but small. They do offer a microwave and a refrigerator. Breakfast was nice also, not much, but decent. It also gets a little crowded and noisy with the pool in the center, but other than that it's okay

Room was adequate, clean, has been updated, but is still a budget motel. There is no visitors center on the property as indicated in the promo and on the building. The door to the outside did not meet the threshold, so the heater had to run to keep the room at temperature. The TV quit in the morning and they brought a different one from another room after we tried new batteries in the remote. Breakfast was you-make waffles, bagels, muffins, apples, and fruit juice. there is a 24 hr coffee machine in the lobby. location and price were good for New York. fantastic Niagara Falls Buffet 1 mile away.

We stayed at this hotel the first weekend of October 2022. Their website mentioned a shuttle, when I booked, I called to ask questions about the shuttle. Was told it is seasonal. When we arrived, the front desk clerk said he was new and struggled with the computer. No big deal, we’ve all been there! I asked again about the advertised shuttle and was told that people get angry when it doesn’t arrive and they handed us a business card for a taxi guy- I would have used Uber instead. The room was clean and all was well. Several guest arriving or returning late were quite noisy at 12:30am, some people are real jerks. In the morning we truly struggled to close/lock the door- had to really slam it before the latch would engage. The Sunday breakfast was better than we expected- nice little dining area. We decided to walk up the street to another hotel to check on that shuttle. They had the brochure with the schedule. EconoLodge is listed as a stop. The trolley came exactly on time and the driver handed us the day pass our hotel knew nothing about. The shuttle has a seasonal schedule, in October- it’s only on the weekends We had a lovely day in Niagara.

Had a 2 night stay reserved. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Room was extremely disappointing. Took one look, and we needed out. Not a safe looking place to be. Thank goodness we had a person behind the desk whom understood our dismay. She said that she would refund our reservation. (It’s been 5 days, and still waiting for it to refund from my bank account.). Stay Clear!

Superb, just very good experience. Will be visiting again .All facility satisfied 5 Star facility.Very good heavy breakfast. Rooms where Superb. Even Niagra falls bus service free coupons available. Liked overall ,staff also in very helping & good hospitality. Pl carry adaptor for non usa mobile charger since in room u might require.
