I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The cleanliness and services were good. I liked the swimming pool. I was swimming there alone early morning 😊

The hotel is a bit far from metro station but very accessible by public bus. Has its swimming poo,a small gym, and parking. Provides cleaning, bottled water, and tea/coffee daily. Overall it is a nice hotel compared to other budget hotels.

the service was really good. it’s expensive because that’s how it is in singapore. but for the price comparison to other hotels it was worth it. might stay again if i visit singapore.

I really love the 7th floor, gym & pool. The services are very good. They clean the room everyday and changed bedsheets every other day.

Cleanliness in toilet is acceptable. No hair strand found, no insects detected as what the other reviews shown. Was almost perfect until there was obvious dust on the hanger. Crept me out bcuz it's really a whole chunk of it on the hanger. No plug in charger to charge my device close my bed which is a hassle. At the corner of room it was quite a quiet place of cos still able to hear walking steps, ppl talking but it was still bearable. Aircon is working well. Overall it was still a ok night out since I'm out for business trip. Just downstairs have alot of food stores even have convenient store a plus point.

It's been many times here, just love the view from my window room,and comfy bed ..

Room was generally clean, comes with mini fridge as well! There’s a bar just right beside the hotel, many eateries around too!

nothing major to complain, location is worth mentioning. room is very small as per the price paid. room was quiet as it was at the corner but in the morning some chinese dude was picking up his friend and talking through his lungs in the hallway and echoed the entire level plus point is theres number of food choices nearby

Felt bit pricey but not that worth actually. Superior plus room and superior double room is of same size. Aircon not that cooling enough too

The facility is below expectations,the breakfast is below expectations,the attitude of staff is below expectations

Over all Good, only the glass is not clean.

Room is super small like typical singapore hotels, shower cap is malfunctioning and a few other broken amenities. barely had space to move in the toilet. hotel is 10 min walk to novena mrt and has 2 bus stops nearby.

Value for money as advertised, also allowed us earlier check in which was nice

decent hotel which mostly foreign colleagues has stayed, location is good and within close distance to little india.
