Well managed place. The manager was awesome. The kitchen staff went out of their way to provide for my dietary restrictions. Will visit again.

Best service ever. The ryokan provided transport to nearby attractions and also picked us up when we are done for the day. The food was amazing too :)

We visited on my husband's birthday trip 🎂💐 It had a strong sense of privacy and was the best hideaway inn for adults ✨ The staff were also very kind and we were very satisfied ☺️💖 The view from the room was great, and we were able to enjoy the open-air bath with natural hot spring water while watching the sunrise 🎶 The room was also a little unusual in design, with a bedroom and a large sofa separated by a small window, so it was fun like a secret base & we were able to lounge around a lot and relax ☺️✨✨ The food was delicious and we had a private room for dinner and breakfast, so we never had to pass by other guests 🫣 We were able to enjoy drinks until 5pm on the day we arrived, and the hospitality was great from the moment we arrived 🫶 We were especially excited to have Shirahonoka 😍🍻 It was a wonderful inn that we definitely want to visit again 🥳🧡🧡

The room is large, with a separate living room, free unlimited sparkling wine, beer, cola, and Japanese tea. The dinner is good, but the breakfast is not. The pick-up station is very convenient, and we went to the Sculpture Forest Art Museum on the way, which has a lot of exhibits.

It was a two-day, one-night trip to Hakone with just my family for the first time in a while. Thank you to all the staff for your kind hospitality even though we only had a short stay. (Everyone was so nice!) I was very happy with the welcome drink, Shirahonoka. (I wanted to buy it as a souvenir, but the nearby liquor store told me that they only have draft beer, which was disappointing 😢) The view from the room (Omonji) was very beautiful, and from the bath window in the room I could enjoy the beautiful view and the gentle breeze while bathing, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time. It was a wonderful space where only the family could enjoy meals, and the food was even more delicious than I was looking forward to, so it was a meaningful time. I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you for your help.

It is a very Japanese-style hotel with a small number of rooms, only 10 rooms. It is very private and you rarely meet other guests during your stay. Let me introduce the advantages and disadvantages. Let’s talk about the advantages first: beautiful environment, pleasant scenery, clean and hygienic, great meals, and large rooms. As for the shortcomings: the service is good, but a little dogmatic. It is best to be rigid about refunds. If you have just booked a hotel, you cannot cancel it or change the room type. It is very dogmatic. The food is salty, the soundproofing is average, and the road noise is loud. The overall evaluation is pretty good, authentic traditional Japanese style.

When I come to Japan, I want to experience a Japanese-style hotel. Although this hotel was built in 2014, the facilities are well maintained, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. For me, a person who chooses a seat, it is really a good night's sleep. A restaurant, as its name suggests, requires very fresh and particular ingredients, and the production is also very exquisite and delicious. There is no public bath in the hotel. It is suitable for couples to travel. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is so comfortable to soak in the hot spring while looking at the mountain view outside the window and relax yourself. !

It's a bit difficult for the waiter to communicate in English, but he can also combine English and Japanese + picture descriptions. Hahaha. The hotel lobby is not grand, but there are a few comfortable sofas. I have never seen it facing Mount Fuji. The hotel dishes are simple.

The Japanese service, especially at dinner, is superb. The environment is first-class, I will come again next time.
